Mashreq bank employess are too rude and ill manared.
Th customer care person AAMIR is veryrude. Being a customer service agent, he sould know how to solve customer query. I have contacted 3-4 persons for single charger of our terminal. They are very rude and does not know how to talk and solve the problem. First they promised to deliver the charger then they call and say that the charger is not available, what the hell, then why they said it will be delivered. I told them it is very urgent still they say now it will be deliver by saturday.

I have never seen a bank that doesn’t want to communicate with its customers. Rubbish Virtual assistant and would never bank with them.

This is genuinely the worst customer service I have ever received, I have moved to the UK and so my company have cancelled my UAE phone number.
Now they are essentially saying (including my useless bank manager) that the only way I can get this money is if I send a check to someone in the UAE who can take allll of my money in the UAE and trust them to then transfer make this money.
This is the most outrageous request I have heard my a so called established company.

Awful, they take ages to open my accounts, every step of the way is sitting in someones desk for weeks and the customer service agents are useless and they only repeat like a recording what they see on the system, they have no power or initiative for action.

what can you expect when they hire barely high school educated people to carry out jobs that require excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to multitask effectively.
Their favorite phrase is "I have to inform the concerned department and they will do the needful". No company ever achieved great customer service using this formula. Whilst ignoring most request, the reference complaint number is just a sign of inability to deal with a customer. Their system is flawed and strictly look at their bottom line hiring people outside their scope within and outside the UAE. I will file stateside a complain with the US securities and exchange commission.

as i receive CIF NUMBER.
i call the 24/7 hot line number but i cannot reached any of the customer service that i can seek for help or to talk to with regards of the cancellation
