It is completely filled with politics of all corporates combined where they only seek revenge if the right questions are asked even the security people have cursed the management
Yes you guys may think an ex employee always speaks this way coz of hatred towards what's happened but trust me this is the most upsetting and miserable company I have worked for which lacks in every aspect from the management to the people
Management only takes revenge on employees when they have asked or said the right thing or even want to grow
Only people who have high level recommendations are means of survival

This used to be a good bank one day .. this is not the case any more i’m afraid and for many year now! .. if your unfortunate to have any sort of a problem then good luck having it sorted through their channels ! Very sad really!

This bank is worst of the worst. You cant trust them for 1 bit. They sent me a credit card (with 2000 AED bonus) on my first 3 purchases. I knew this bank was playing tricks. I called them 3 times to make sure that this is not a scam (like they usually do). All reps on the phone confirmed that this offer is valid and that I'll receive the 2000 AED bonus on May 31st 2020. However I received follow email email just now that the offer is valid if I spent 7000 AED in the previous billing cycle, they intentionally sent this email just a few days before the billing cycle.
I had previously a bank account with mashreq bank and I was sick of their treatments and closed it. They contacted me again and they said now they want to focus on their customers and that "they have learned their listens". Yet I find now that those are playing very bad games still, I wonder how a corporate would do such dirty tricks that even thugs in streets wont feel are low.

Mashreq Bank toll free number auto generated message is very stupid.I am trying to reach personal Banking adviser from one hour to press all possible buttons even their representative transferred my call but at the end they are asking on auto generated message to change my debit card pin.
Mashreq Bank customer service is very bad.

One of the worst banking services ever. They don't address customer complaints properly rather just look to close the matter. Neither, any of the staff members have any courtesy to call and give a feedback on their complaint.
