Worst embarrassing experiance with mashreq bank card.
I was with my client and went to a coffee shop and tried to pay the bill with the mashreq card. I had enough anount, still the transaction got declined twice and surprisingly my money got deducted twice. I tried to call the customer care 6 times, they were no response at all. The next day the customer care answered and they are saying that the refund will happen after one month. So its my advice to all people whoever using mashreq, don't depend on your card and always keep cash with you if you are a mashreq bank customer. I had this experience twice for declined transactions with the same bank but the another one was small amount and i ignored.

"Very bad service"

Very bad service , careless customer service. I made a international transaction on 2nd of october and recieve didn't recieve the amount till now. Apart from there was a charge of 52 AED to call for refund after that also they didn't made the refund till now. When you call customer service they give same answers.

They lied to my face sold a insurance policy where fine print was different and then they claimed no responsibility and kept 30% commission.

I hope there was zero star very very bad service I advice never ever open an account with them zero balance account still they will charges you 26.25 without any notifications so the customers will never notice this small amount bad service

Worst bank and staff here in sharjah branch. One staff named Muhamad Rafi became too rude to us. As if he dont want to entertain inquiries.

absolute scam. was a wonderful bank till i was active with them. once i cancelled my credit card, they are chasing me now for charges which came after i cancelled the card. mind you - after 7 months of cancellation! be very careful dealing with this bank. if you are cancelling then make a point to take clearance letter from them.

They are the worst bank ever. An amount of AED 210 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT DOING ANY TRANSACTION. THEREFORE, YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IS NOT SAFE WITH THEM. THEIR SECURITY SERVICE IS VERY POOR. SO I WONT TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM.

The worst Bank experience i faced globally.
(I lived in Canada, Australia, Greece, Belgium, Russia Brasil, Singapore where i had Banking relations)
i did use their wealth unit. NO loan , no credit card, Brought my hefty money from other bank institutions and ask them to manage it
Response rate late (3-4 weeks ) many times.
They used false marketing telling lies in order to sell high commission products
breach of compliance and governance and above all breach of ethics,
I wrote to a number of directors, Bod Members, head of retail banking etc. Total Ignorance from their side. even their FB blocked me after complaining in public.Their banking licence in any other country should have been revoked. Unfortunately in some Gulf area Central Bank protection unit does not have a primary role.

AVOID them at any cost. I do have all proofs to provide if needed
