WORST BANK.. I'm 8 months pregnant and need to get my liability letter only but they wasted my 3 weeks come and go and promised to give the letter after few days but nothing. They not even consider my condition , wasted my time, money and effort

"The worst bank"
The worst bank - I have accounts all over the world, there is no bank as useless and incompetent as Mashreq. This bank needs to be shut down. Any problem you'll ever have will be met with wrong advice, or customer "service" not bothering to respond at all.
They also have THE WORST telephone service. You won't get past the automated messages.

"Worst customer service and worst ever…"
Worst customer service and worst ever credit card service. They charge for their mistake to customers, regardless you make timely payment and they say...dint receive due to system error of their bank or closure of bank due to holidays. I dont think credit card payment has anything to do with whether they are in service or not. Their impose heavy charges on customer and out them in a situation that customers like me automatically stop making further payment. People like me will prefer to be defaulter if its made by bank once without making any mistake and being a loyal customer. Even though I requested them many times to reconsider my request and waive out the money as I had done online payment before due date which I have been doing earlier too. However, they dont listen from customer perspective, totally unprofessional they only want to listen what they want to tell...that is it...no request is being entertained with this bank. Dont bank or use their credit card if you want to be good people and interested to live like a good customer.

It’s so bad and horrible I would advice you not to deal with it they are thieves and the costumer services is very bad they treat u like u owe them some I’ve with them since 1999 and I haven’t seen anything but bad treatment and messages to pay money for unknown reasons

"Worst Banking experience"
Incorrect charges, poor customer service, one of the worst banks I have come across. They charge late payment fees even when customer have a message from the bank stating payment received before due date. The app reflects payments received on time. Once inquired to customer service, after one hour of waiting and transferring, they come up with reasons like "late payment was on 2018 and the charges generated in June 2019". Though card is not used at all, some or the other charges reflect by month end statement.

"Fraud transactions / un-skilled staff / horrible bank"
The most horrible bank!! You will not find any less secure bank. Fraud transactions on credit cards are frequent and the bank has minimal fraud detection capabilities. Even after reporting incidents, the bank can take over a month to follow up. Staff are under skilled and incompetent to deliver customer requests. Reaching the bank by phone/email or even online banking is almost impossible making branches the only way to speak to the bank to raise a complaint.

The most Unreliable customer services I have ever come across
Due to the customer service instructions my car got blocked
different statements fro different representatives to get the card reprint
even after confirmation of card printing 3 days they called me again that it's not done

They have closed most branches in UAE. If we need to deposit money in atm, we have to search for atm machines which are rarely existing. They have removed most atms fron malls and other places. They say that they are transitioning completely into digital banking. Rubbish!! We need atms to deposit and withdraw money. Making fool of its customers

"Services and speed is awfully in shambles"
I brought Mashreq millionaire cerficates in November after visiting two branches and waiting for 30-40 minutes at city centre sharjah branch and then corniche sharjah finally reached Qusais and got my certificates done. The initial experience with call center, the wait time at first two branches should have rang a bell not to proceed. Finally at qusais I was handled professionally at wood pace.
After 6 months I came to withdraw my money did all closing as per requirements went to two more branches including sahara centre branch today waited there for hour and half invain. Finally back to qusais now and will try my luck here. Unbelievable pace at which staff works and responds at Mashreq it’s far back like the paper book and log days.
Humble request to the management team to seriously review the situation.its awfully in shambles. I have been a customer of a bank in UAE for over 13 years never faced this experience 13 years before leave alone in recent times.
