Be careful from their credit card terms and conditions. everything is for their interest. nothing for customer. they can cancel your card any time without even notifying you even if you was the best customer in term of payment.

worst bank ever.. they can't help you with anything on the phone. They keep transferring u and u spend more than half an hour till u get angry and close the line. you have to go to the branch anyway.

Even if a judge order to hange you, accept it, but dont start any sort of account with this bank. They will give series of head aches... Hopeless and shameless staff with enough ego and lack of general knowlege. STAY AWAY

Twice they took money from my Credit Card for PAY PROTECT which I never agree.
Back in March they charge AED 105 for pay protect and when I call the customer service all they say is IT IS VALID and they will just deactivate so that I will not be charge of it again in the next coming month.
Now, when I received my statement for June I saw again another Pay Protect charge worst it causes to OVERLIMIT my card which I already plan to close.
And here again the Customer Service telling they have recording of calls back in June that it is valid. And that they will AGAIN deactivate the said charge even they did it already before.
This bank is Evil who stole money from their clients. THIEVES!!!!THIEVES!!!!THIEVES!!!!
This bank needs to be close by the government as this bank is a THIEF!!!!

Wow... so many bad feedbacks allready. Horrible customer service at mashreq Dubai mall branch even for a long time gold member like me. They were pushing me from one counter to another. I litreally. They refused me that they cannot even update my emirates id. I cannot beleive it.
