Ordered on the 28th March, received an email asking for further information on medication use, since then I've heard nothing nor received anything, despite my order being approved. Completely ignoring my request for an update too. Surely any CMS issues should be sorted by now? If not, let folks know.
Ordered from elsewhere a couple of days later as I was in need and it arrived within 48 hours, no problem. AYP need to get a grip. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.

They have taken my money and ran. Contacted them numerous times to ask where my order is and if indeed they are posting it, no reply whatsoever. I am now going to have to go to bank to see if they can charge back money I have paid for goods not received. I would in no way or form recommend this company to anyone.

"Six weeks and still waiting for order to be delivered"
Placed an order on the 3rd of April. Two weeks later still waiting for it. The order says it’s still processing. I have sent them an email asking where the order is because I need the items urgently.
UPDATE 14/5/24
Downgraded from 3 to 1 star as I am STILL waiting for this product. Absolutely appalling, they’ve had my money for nearly 2 months. I received an email about three weeks ago ago to say there was a delay, but I should have my product by the end of next week. As I said- still waiting.!!

Previously received orders just fine however last order has never arrived, initial support request was answered however they have ignored follow up emails.

BEWARE. Potential fraudulence.
Do not buy from this company. I placed an order on Feb 24, 2024, and I have still not received the goods I paid for, nor have I received any proactive apology or updates from them, other than a handful of automated emails that do not address my concerns. Initially, after I had reached out to them first (again, I received no reassurances about why the order was not processed after weeks despite my money being taken) they promised I would have the items in 1-2 weeks. This happened twice and clearly was not the case. Now I have sent three emails demanding a refund, and they have ignored all three over the span of several weeks. I try to contact them over chat and they are constantly offline despite the hours being 9am-5pm on weekdays. I truly believe they have scammed me, and now I am reporting them to Trading Standards and looking to pursue legal action.

I placed an order on 23rd of march I recieved usual email confirming order then got another saying some system had gone down but was up and running again and thought ok fair enough and then got another email saying my order had been cancelled due to me not responding. What was i meant to respond to and also said id get a refund in 2 to 5 days which I've not recieved and its now 16th of April, if this is a real company they should be investigated and punished. Only lost, £6.93 but isn't the point, if they do this to everyone they will doing ok out of ripping people off. Healthcare don't make me laugh, avoid at all costs do not order from these, shame I had to give a star at all.
