"A lucky bargain!"

I got a powered lay z boy chair delivered from Chesterfield. I won the auction with a hammer price of £17, delivery was £70. I hadn’t viewed it and decided to risk it, but then read all the reviews and was certain it wouldn’t work, if it arrived at all.
It was packed really well and arrived within 5 working days, it’s in really good condition and works perfectly! I did have to get a power cable online, but it’s absolutely fantastic and in excellent condition - it’s pretty much brand new, a real bargain!!

I’d be cautious buying without viewing again because of all the reviews and complaints, but for me the risk paid off and ill consider using them again if I can view the items first

It is really good Auction, but need to be cautious when we bidding, all the time we don’t receive good products, most of the time it works very-well, sometimes we receive faulty items as well. By the way very good auction to participate it.

Honest review.ive won at least 20 plus auctions now and have found over the past 6 -9 months that the main photographed items that are supposed to be the pinnacle of the auction are either completely missing or defective ie. I usually buy high end beauty products however I have received bottles opened and replaced with tap water !!! I have contacted jp and put complaints in about this particular aspect and no one wants to acknowledge it. I’m aware that electrical items are bye the bye and will be a 50/50 chance of being broken or faulty ( even though they shouldn’t , after all no one should sell known faulty / broken equipment) ) but filling bottles of extremely expensive face creams and shampoos etc with water is beyond belief. I hope no one experiences this but unfortunately if it’s happened to me chances are it’s happening again and again as jp did not seem bothered. Perhaps if more people complain about receiving faulty items something might be done !!

I have bought soldiers from various auctions. They pack items really well and most of my purchases are of better quality than I expect. When an item damaged in transit they reimbursed for it after discussing it with customer services.

Customer service are great. The two issues I had have almost been resolved.
Sadly, I don't like the use of FedEx, they don't contact the customer when the delivery is due and don't leave a note 'if' they have attempted delivery.

Listing updated from 3☆ to 4☆ as Customer Service have almost resolved all outstanding issues.
