First of all tell a person they are not speaking to the hotel reservation desk.
I was trying to get reservations for my son's funeral and didn't realize that I wasn't talking to the hotel.when I was finished the man was kind enough to give me the number for the front desk at the hotel. When I called them they didn't have the reservation I had just made.I want to cancel the reservation imad with you as I had to do them again with the hotel.
Just very upset with your poor way of doing business.

I'd like to make others aware that this booking website is nefarious. I booked with representative on this website who assured me that I would be entitled to a full refund up until 72 hours of my reservation. I booked two months in advance. I canceled my reservation 3 hours later and I still have not received my entire refund. Each time I call this company they tell give me a different reason why my entire refund has not been returned. I would not trust this website if I were you! They are not trustworthy! Book directly with a hotel that you can trust!
