Alex was great. I needed to make a reservation for my daughter, the weather was bad and I wanted her at the airport. Alex explained everything, and was helpful with any issue I had. I give him 5 stars!??

This company is a joke in regard to customer service. Noted a mistake in my reservations within a few minutes of booking. Hit me with a 33 dollar cancellation fee. it was 2 weeks before the reservation. Note to self stay away for these services and book directly with the hotel and avoid these petty thieves.
