"MCN NOT first with the news as advertised"

Subscribe to MCN which is supposed to arrive on Wednesday but never does. Overseas customer services just read off a sheet (sorry wont happen again) but always late which is a waste of time!

I have twice ordered back issues from their website and have yet to receive either order. When I emailed them - they were incredibly unhelpful. They made me list the issues I had ordered (despite the fact they were already in the confirmation emails I'd attached) and then proceeded to tell me I'd missed the window for flagging it up so they couldn't do anything.
They seem to think it's perfectly acceptable to take over £50 off me and give me nothing in return. Twice. You're better off looking on ebay!

Trying to login in the app but they said I need this mysterious customer number to register. Erm I'm already paying, so that's on them for not sending it to me.

on trying to cancel i was reminded that it was for a 12 month contract
in the few months it has been operational i have had 3 no shows and late deliveries IE instead of starting on Saturday it arrives 4 days later
I do realise there is a problem with the mail which is not there fault
But as i have honoured my part of the contract and they have not where does the blame lie
I only signed up because of the virus and being 78
and on shielding ,if I look out my window across the street yes there is a newspaper shop

To be honest one star is too much!My daughter bought me a subscription to Take a Break monthly starting with September issue ,it's been in the shop's for over a week now and my magazine has not been delivered,after a phone call they said it would be with me 1st Sept, which it didn't arrive phoned earlier to be told wait another week.I said what that means it's been on sale in the shop's for 2 weeksand you advertise its straight from the publisher, lady I spoke to on phone just repeats herself .I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone.Just go to your local shop and buy it .

A scam! Charged me for 12 month subscription, when I subscribed for 1 month. Will not return me my money! Awful service! Avoid at all costs!

Had subscriptions bought for 2 different publications (in print format) as a gift.... i then started receiving 2 of the same publication ..ok simple fix i thought ...many many ( 15 i think ) phonecalls later and they still couldn't rectify the issue !!! Or said its now sorted etc. I even spoke to a 'manager' which gave me a glimmer of hope ... but implied it must have been the gifters error!!! ( it wasnt we checked the invoice)!!! sadly i carried on receiving 2 copies of the same magazine for 6 months and it was never rectified !!!!!! ! Needless to say i cut my losses and will never deal with this shower of S***t company ever again! How i kept a civil tongue in my mouth i will never know ! Please avoid for your own sanity !

Ordered a 6 month subscription. Haven’t received the last 3 months of the subscription, spoke to 3 agents who didn’t realise the delivery address was wrong, told me wrong dates. 4th agent then realised and wouldn’t put me through to a supervisor or complaints team to log a complaint. 5th agent spoke to very rude on the phone, wouldn’t put me through to a supervisor and asked me why giving me 1 months free subscription wasn’t enough... Am currently awaiting to hear from the complaints team. Do not buy from this company you will have a horrendous time!!!

"A complete scam"

A complete scam, I called up to cancel before the end of the month, was told I couldn’t for another week, called back a week later was told that it had been cancelled the previous time I called and I would not be charged, however I was charged after multiple emails and sending proof they’d taken the money from my account I received an email a month later explaining they had no record of this transaction! But assured me it was cancelled just had to go through the bank to get my money back and told that from looking at my account the direct debit had still not been canceled!!!
