The repair company were brilliant ,my car looks brand new ,they kept me updated on repairs and was very helpful, great customer service,could call them anytime and didn’t have to do online ,also sent emails and texted me ,communication was brilliant ,got curtesy car and delivered to my mums as that’s where I was at the time ,and didn’t mind delivering to a different address, was so helpful and understanding, great company,10 out of 10 ,thankyou ,and car looks immaculate xx

From the beginning, the company helped and guided me through the process. Keeping me informed and aware of what was involved and needed.

The staff were always incredibly helpful and once your on the system, the claims number helps keep you on track. And video help is available if needed.

I guess accident claims have moved into the 20th century and information and communication are very helpful.

I would like to thank everyone for being helpful and seeing me through a process that could have been stressful. Which I’m pleased to say, was not. Brilliant and thanks.
