Worst experience for an insurance repair claim I have encountered (Kings Langley branch)
They never answer the phone even when you’ve been on hold for over an hour and blame “shortage of staff” Not good enough! Increase capacity to cover the demand. When you do eventually manage to speak with someone, promises of a callback never materialise. If you have an insurance claim and this company is conducting repairs I would avoid as it’s one of the painful and time consuming experiences I have faced, and still I have no confirmation when I can expect my vehicle back or if they will complete ALL the repairs which they initially agreed to!
