"Very happy with the service provided by…"
Very happy with the service provided by your company. However it did take long to get my car back, but that was due to parts needed to complete the necessary repairs and I was updated. The two gentleman that brought back my car to my mothers home were very professional and polite with a great sense of humour, I like that.

"The first 3 weeks I didn't know where…My Journey"
The first 3 weeks I didn't know where my car was. No help to take me threw the process. When people in the chain of events eventually contacted me I had 3 Courtesy cars. Was waiting a long time only to be told the repairers were sent the wrong stearing rack. This culminated in waiting even longer in total 7 Months.

"They don’t care customer"
They don’t care customer. They aren’t helpful. they are making the people more victims. These are amateurs.

"Avoid at all costs"
My car was damaged by another vehicle which resulted in the driver side wing mirror being damaged on 7th September 2023. Reported the matter to RSA insurance who passed it to Motor Repair Network to carry out repairs.
Due to the damage to the driver's wing mirror the car should have been declared unfit for use on the road, taken into a bodyshop and I should have been given a courtesy car whilst it was being repaired.
Instead Motor Repair Network took payment details for my excess and arranged for a roadside repair to be carried out. According to them the earliest this roadside Repair could be done was on 22nd November. Repairer failed to attend with no contact from Motor Repair Network. After a number of phone calls to sort it out they told me a Repairer would come on 24th November to do the repair.
Instead of replacing the wing mirror unit, the repair only had the piece of glass for the mirror. When he tried to replace the glass he realised that the part the glass clips into was also broken and was forced to use silicon sealant which I had in my garage to stick it to the mirror housing. Suffice to say it didn't stay stuck and fell off 2 days later.
So since September I've had to take 3 full days off work, made over 40 phone calls to get it sorted, had to use my vehicle in non roadworthy condition for almost 3 months, had to cancel an MOT appointment due to the length of time taken to sort it out and it's still not fixed.
There's been no offer of a courtesy car or hire car, no confirmation that they even have a repairer locally to carry out the work.
I'm now stuck in the sticks with no public transport and a car I can't legally drive or Mot now with no idea if or when it will get fixed.
This is not a difficult or complicated repair, it shouldn't take 3 months to replace a wing mirror unit and it certainly should take 3 working days and 40+ phone calls to resolve.
Best advice would be avoid at all costs and either do the repair yourself if able or take it to a trusted garage to have the work done.

"We had to wait for parts from Europe."
We had to wait quite some time for the parts to arrive from Europe, but once the parts arrived the repair was carried out promptly and to a very high standard,we are very happy with Auto Bay who did the repair and that's why we gave them five stars.
