"Poor service.…"
There needs to be better communication and time taken was ridiculous. The actual repair was good but all other aspects were very weak and frustrating. They had the vehicle a week before they started work on it and it took almost 2 weeks after completion before they returned it to us.

"VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE"
I had an accident in May 2023, someone ran into me. It took 5 months before MRN got my car into a garage for repair. When the car was repaired, the repair work was of such poor quality. I told the garage and requested a call back from a manager. They have never come back to me 8 weeks after the car was returned. I complained to MRN who raised a complaint and I was passed to several different people. Everyone of the people from MRN, said to me they will get the garage to contact me. They never did, and each time they stopped contacting me or followed up on what they promised. The garage in Nottingham is called Pronto and I've left them the same feed back on Trustpilot. MRN have still not contacted me to sort this. Avoid if possible, the only reason I ended up using them is they worked for the royal and sun alliance. And my mobility car was insured with them.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

"Frustrated …"
It took 10 weeks to get my car into a garage and a further 5 weeks for the repair to be completed. There was no communication, and every time I called, I was waiting for anything up to an hour to get through.

"Strongly advise to avoid"
My car was gone for a week and when it was delivered back to me the engine light was on so I rang AX who said I had to ring the repairer so I did they asked me to take it to them so I did and had to pay the toll through the Tyne tunnel there and back. Once there the technician plugged a computer in but instead of finding the problem the whole went mad beeping and throwing errors up everywhere, the car then wouldn't move or go in to drive even after trying 3 computers they had in the workshop. After about 30 minutes I was asked to go to reception and have a coffee, after about another 30 mins someone came to me and said they have to get the car recovered to Volvo and would put me in a courtesy car so I agreed.
My car was a Volvo S90 and they gave me a Skoda Faboa as a courtesy car that was absolutely disgusting it had rubbish all over plus food waste, stains on the seats and the car actually stunk but at this point I just wanted to get home, I started it up and got an oil warning and low fuel, I was told there was a petrol station nearby (I didn't even know where I was) I put £30 in and drove home less than an hour later I got a call to say they'd sorted my car, confused I asked how and was told they done a ECU reset, so I collected my car all seemed fine until the next morning I started the car and the light was back as they were closed for the weekend I called them Monday morning and after receiving a call back I was told it was my responsibility to sort not there's, they had photos of my dashboard as do I that show no errors yet its my responsibility to sort. AX were not use whatsoever saying as it wasn't accident related it had nothing to do with them it was up to the repairer, and apparently their complaint department don't take inbound calls they have to call you and I'm still waiting. I decided not to go back to the workshop as I'd end losing my temper so I've got it booked in a specialist and will be seeking my costs back through small claims court
