"After researching and reading blogs"
After researching and reading blogs, posts, reviews for hours that turned into days I decided to call. What a breath of fresh air. From the moment the customer service representative answered the phone she was not only clearly spoken, knowledgeable, factual but also relatable which made my decision so much easier. Ms. Jennings is definitely the most professional, informative, patient, and kind customer representative I have had the pleasure of speaking with from At&Tt to WorthPoint. Thank you so much, Margaret H-Coleman

"Worthpoint is my GO TO"
Worthpoint is my "go to" when looking for more information on antiques and collectibles. If I do a web browser search and I see worth point appear in the search I will go there first. They give honest accurate descriptions I find.

"SCAM ALERT!!"
DO NOT EVEN TRY THIS COMPANY. They bill your account the same day you sign up for the the so-called free trial. You cancel.within the time frame and usage and the money is not refunded. This is an absolute scam. I should have read the reviews first. I will not let this go until I get my money back. Should be ashamed of themselves. And by the way, EBAY gives better information than this site.

"Beware -- Predatory Billing Practices"
Over the years, I have signed up for a number of online services where I enter my credit card information to begin a free trial, knowing my card will be charged if I don't cancel after a certain number of days. I have no problem with this. However, WorthPoint is the first service I've used that billed me on a monthly basis after the free trial expired, without ever emailing me a notification or paid invoice A) to let me know they have begun their monthly billing, and B) when my card has been charged each subsequent month. Their business model is predicated on the idea that people will sign up for the 7-day trial (like I did), forget to cancel after realizing the service wasn't a fit, and continue to be covertly billed each month, with zero notification this is happening. Again, I have no issue with the fact I was auto-billed after 7 days -- this is standard. I'm taking issue with the fact that I was billed six times without even once receiving a notification or a paid invoice. If I hadn't seen the recurring charge nestled inside my bank statement, this could have gone on indefinitely. I contacted Worthpoint and said I was fine paying for the first month, but wanted a refund for the other five months. Even after I went to the Better Business Bureau, they only provided a refund for one of the six months. Additionally, their customer service team became rude and unprofessional, even as I maintained a professional tone with them.
NOTE that I later determined that people have been complaining about this exact issue for years to the Better Business Bureau. Worthpoint has made a deliberate decision not to change this policy. They are well aware of what they're doing, and rely on these predatory practices as a steady source of income.

"They are awesome!I had the absolute…"
They are awesome!I had the absolute most hassle free credit credited to my Visa I’ve ever had online or even in person! I sent an email on Easter Sunday late in the day and the very next morning I woke up to an email stating they were sorry and my card had been credited! I was confused as to what I was signing up for a free trial for. I cancelled immediately as I had thewrong type of service , otherwise I would use them as. I feel they are A1 in customer service!!

"Limited History"
Useless most of the time but I still use it because there isn't a better alternative which there really needs to be.
I sell things on ebay as a part time Income, and regularly run into things with no sold history, or a very limited sold history. For example I found a Swedish humming bird Chime carved out of wood today at goodwill with 1 that sold last December on ebay for $115 but nothing Shows up on Worthpoint so I have no way to know if the item was priced low. Many times ebay will show many recent sold listings for an item, but worthpoint will have very limited or no information going back years. Sometimes the pricing WP gives you is actually lower than the item is actually worth. Don't trust the pricing as I believe this information is less than 10% of what actually sold over the years.
I'm convinced less than 10% of the completed listings on ebay are actually recorded. Kind of bs there isn't a better alternative for a paid service.

"I absolutely love this site"
I absolutely love this site. I spent 2 month as a subscriber. I had several items I almost sent to the goodwill. I looked these items up on Worthpoint & found these items are worth good money. I only looked up a few things. I also spent a lot of time reading the articles about makers, history, marks etc.. there is so much more to dig into. I canceled my subscription as I just do not sell enough yet to pay the nominal fee for Worthpoint. When I sell enough monthly to cover the cost. I will be back to reap all that Wothpoint has to offer. I read some crumby feedback about this site. These people did not dig into Worthpoint. Robin
