"Pacific Fair store on the Gold Coast"

Pacific Fair store on the Gold Coast. Tried to return a defective pair of shoes, only to be told by the store manager that none of the shoes come with any form of warranty. It seems JD Sports Australia is above and beyond Australian consumer law.

REPLY TO JD STORE:

1. Visit to the store in question, there was no instore inspection. As per the original review, it was advised the shoe is not covered under any form of warranty.

2. "JD Sports do not have the same warranty processes as specific manufacturers" does this comply with Australian consumer law? If not, JD Sport Australia is not honoring contract which is a liability under Australian legislation(s).

Went to the Blacktown store in westpoint the most disgusting attitudes I have ever come across , staff are too busy chit chatting to each other to help u , when u do ask for help u are met with dirty looks . If u could get away with knocking them out u would . Never ever shopping there again disgusting

"Frankston JD sport store are rip offs…"

Frankston JD sport store are rip offs my daughter 12 years brought a pair shoes on sale for $144 down from $180 she said to the lady at counter that they $144 and she no they are $180 so she paid with Christmas vouchers we get home and the sale label still attached and says 144 so I went back today and asked for a $40 even refund to cover parking cost and time and all my daughter gets is a credit to store disgusting 👎 never going to Frankston JD again. I truly would not even give them a 1star to me 0 stars disgusting

"Absolutely useless company"

Absolutely useless. You take the $$ but can't deliver on agreed times. Mark my word you WILL NOT see another purchase from me. I hope everyone who reads this review takes note of just how bad you are. Maybe I can give the gift as an Easter present instead, if it arrives by then.

WORST SERVICE AND LONGEST DELIVERY TIMES TO AUSTRALIA. I PLACED AND ORDER ON 24 NOVEMBER THINKING I'LL GET THE SHOES AS A BDAY PRESENT AND ITS 12 DECEMBER NOW THE PARCEL STILL BEING DELIVERED. I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER MANY TIMES BUT THEY SAID THEY CAN'T CANCEL AND IF I WANT TO I CAN POST IT BACK ON MY EXPENSE. THE BIGGEST JOKE OF A COMPANY, NOT WORTH ORDERING FROM THEM - HOPE PEOPLE READ THIS BEFORE BUYING.

"Worst customer service ever"

Worst customer service ever. Will never purchase anything from JD again. Between employees being rude, dismissive and abrupt not worth it. Both mine and sons Nike 270 got tiny while at front after son had them for a month and only wore them twice manager gave grief finally agreed to exchange after me having to advise him of the consumer laws for faulty products which I shouldn’t have to do manager extremely rude. Didn’t bother taking mine back couldn’t be bothered with the fight. Thought I’d give jd Benwfit of the doubt went to a different store son was trying something on in changeroom I was standing outside his door this lady shoved past me and said move I was shocked when I realised she was actually an employee told my son get dressed we’re not buying anything ever from JD again. Literally went next door to footlocker and spend $ their x10 better customer service.

"Beware"

Beware. Extremely poor customer service. I purchased a pair of shoes on sale. I waited 2 weeks, only to realise that they have sent me the completely wrong shoes. (Of similar value).. I checked the website and the shoes I bought had been taken down from the website. All I asked was to receive a different colour variation of the same shoe (so that I could still benefit from the sale price) which I thought was quite fair, as this was their mistake. 20 emails later, and some phone calls to managers. The only thing they offer is a refund. Their system conveniently doesn't allow to do ANYTHING but returns/refunds. Worst customer support I have ever delt with in my life.

Customer Service do not deserve a star at all. The most horrible delivery and shipping experience i have with my entire online purchasing life! I am very mad & disappointed yet they can't help. All they do is WASH THEIR HANDS that they dont have any control etc. That's not how you treat your customers JD. surely you should do something to assure your customers. Not like your answers keep pointing to other parties involve. That's how your customer service sucks!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! it's a SCAM... spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I paid 220AUD for a pair of sneakers. As soon as i opened the parcel plastic bag and saw the box, I immediately knew they were FAKE before opening the box with the shoes in it. Guess what? I WAS RIGHT....THEY WERE FAKE...FAKE...FAKE....glue all over the shoes, grey material that is supposed to be black, the shape was weird, it didnt fit, yet it was my actual NIKE shoe size....legal action needs to happen as they are scamming people.
