"Avoid like the plague"
These guys will almost certainly send the wrong shoes...read all the reviews here and on Productreview.com.au
If they do acknowledge THEIR mistake they'll then hold you to ransom regarding a refund.
I have to return a crappy pair of kids sneakers (worth about 1/3 what I paid for mine) before they will process my refund.
You have to fill out forms etc.. and go to the post office, during a Covid Lockdown, no less and then wait days for the shoes to arrive and then more days for the processing and then obviously more days depending on which bank you're with blah blah blah.
If they'd have this many processes in place to dispatch goods they probably wouldn't be in this position. I don't think I have seen so many poor reviews.

"Worst Company Ever"
Two and a half weeks ago I ordered black ASICS from Jd online as a gift for my brother. After a week of not hearing anything I reached out to JD customer service to get an order status update and did not receive a response. I followed up to my request (now at the 2 week mark) and have been informed that the shoes were actually sold out in Aus and they have requested the shoes to be sent from the UK pending dispatch. I am appalled to say the least. It took JD 2 weeks to inform me that the shoes were sold out in Aus AFTER I had chased them for an answer. According to JD the shoes have not been dispatched and will take approximately 12 days after dispatch to be delivered. I have requested a refund that was denied as according to JD I have to wait until I receive the shoes and then I can take into one of the stores (which are closed during lockdown) or Mail at my expense to one of the facilities. Absolutely ridiculous, never have I ever shopped with such a crap company.

2 very disappointing experiences so far so there will not be a third.
Purchase Two pairs of asic’s gel 360 in store ($440 total) light grey sneakers were last stock, one shoe clearly had marks and a worn stick price on the insole. I believe l should of been advised of this as one shoe is used and handled. ( l would of chosen a different pair)
Second disappointment today l purchased a pair of Jordan 1 mid ( triple white ) extremely happy to have been fortunate enough to finally purchase the pair.
Received an email of confirmation orders confirmed.
Only to receive an update email YIKES! WE’VE HAD TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
With the company’s sincere apology.
JD Sport, l understand mistakes happen, so take this as an opportunity to improve your service so the it doesn’t happen to any foe your customers.

"stay away from JD"
Just about the worst customer service and company I've ever dealt with. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered two pairs of shoes-arrived within 4 days, yep that's awesome right? Nope, one pair arrived the other missing, and the one that did arrive was the incorrect size. I've tried emailing them, its been a week and I haven't got a single response from them. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere, this company sucks

"Do not order from them online"
Do not order from them online. Order was "lost" I even followed up with Aus Post. Unresponsive to even absent customer service phone. Total calls +200 to the their advertised number. They offered to return the money but then added an extra 14 days to be processed (still haven't received the refund). Worst ever experience, never again.

I have called multiple times and have gotten hanged up on what is this? If you can’t pick up calls then don’t f***ing pick them up instead of wasting peoples time. If you don’t have an order then f’ing remove it from the website you f***faces instead of making people pay for delivery and all that s*** just to cancel there order not even once but f*c**** three times.not even that but they have not refunded me the money nor have I gotten my order. Never again will I shop from this s**** place. Y’all better send the f***** money through you f*c* faces

Absolute worst company , sent part of the order but no shoes , trying to get a refund they say was done on 25/6 , should be in my account in 3-5 business days , now on 6 th business day and no sign of refund , this was a young boys hard saved money they are keeping

I ordered a tracksuit and some adidas NMD sneakers. A pair of adidas slippers and Tommy Hilfiger shoes arrived (neither were ordered).
It's been 5 days and 'JD Customer Service' has yet to reply to any of my messages regarding the incorrect delivery and the whereabouts of my items.
AU$150 down the drain. Will never deal with them again. This has to be a scam.

Considering you spend $220 on collector shoes, you expect the box to be in good condition and shipped in a shipping box. Nope... They ship expensive shoes in a satchel. Box arrived squashed.
First and Last time I order from JD.
