"Total SCAM!!!"
Just received a letter from them claiming that my business owes an outstanding BT bill at a property we haven’t been in for nearly 7 years. We transferred BT services over to the current property at the time so there was no gap in service and all bills have been paid.
Not received any correspondence from BT at the old property or new property concerning this. Clearly a scam.
They should be reported and closed down.

I left three mobile service over three months ago and paid my last two bills in full and on time. My services ended and I have received no emails or calls from three since. However, I received a letter from past due credit solutions, saying that I owe £88 for a mobile number that I’ve never even used, for services that are no longer being provided.

"Received 2 phones from THREE in error"
Received 2 phones from THREE in error. We do not have an account with THREE. Returned the phones and now THREE are chasing us for payment. Now received a letter from Pastduecredit to say the debt has been passed to them with added charges. I need to check if THREE have passed this debt over to them but will certainly not be paying.

They sent me a letter saying I owe over £400! on behalf of British Gas for the address that I moved out over a year a ago. Suspicious..!

"Impossible to pay !!!"
Went to digital banking to pay fee. My usual password didn’t work so I processed a new password and started the payment transfer again, got to end only to receive a message saying sorry, this service not available. Dialled the Automated Card Payment number 01414470002, keyed in customer ID etc, all good, then before I had time to complete 16-digit card number (and I’m not slow) got “sorry we didn’t receive the number, please try again”. I did that and again before I completed it, “sorry we didn’t receive the number, please try again”. Then a message saying I had exhausted my tries to pay by the system, “please wait for an operator “ then a few minutes later “sorry we cannot take your call right now “. Exasperated does not describe my frustration. 45 minutes doing these procedures - and I’m still in debt!! Appalling, I concur with Chris, I think it’s a stalling mechanism so your debt becomes prolonged and they can charge fees. What can we do???

"Very questionable conduct"
Just had a letter for a debt passed to them by a mobile phone company for a non-cancelled account (my mistake). However, this company’s website doesn’t allow you to make the payment online, and their phone lines are set to say they cannot take calls, -and of course they’re blaming this on COVID. So, they are clearly aiming to prolong debts in order to escalate them and gain as much as they can. Time to check who they are governed by and take it further me thinks! **UPDATE** -Having contacted the mobile phone company they somehow contacted PCS and I then received a text message from PCS with the account number which allowed me to log-in and make the payment. The system was user-friendly and the process was easy. A receipt for the payment was received by email.

What ajoke! Chasing me for a non existent debt thats in a female name and im male! You cant send them an email or telephone call only register on there website. Pure harassment. Go shove this up your backside. Contact me again and i will do you for harassment. Dont pay them and dont register. Read the reviews!!!

Just had an email from them demanding £65 for my Npower account which is still active and in credit?? I have all the statements and payment documents going back to the start of my account in 2017 so I have no idea where this has come from.

"Ridiculous company!"
Sent a letter to my new address chasing for £100 electric bill for an old property I lived in 3 years ago claiming I owe them money on behalf of Scottish power for Electricity! Total Lies! In that time living at the property I never got one standard letter from Scottish power to highlight this, plus I have used SSE for my electric for 6/7 years now with no gaps! Sent PastDue Credit 3 emails in 2 weeks and no response and not answering the phones - Joke of a company and will be taking this legal!
