I paid my debt already scammer they must be to ask for a debt iv already paid tried to contact by phone but no reply and it charges me not them. YOU THAT SURE I OWE I HAVE PROOF DO YOU. TAKE ME TO COURT THEN.

Even giving them proof that the debt was not mine they are still chasing me. I left the property May 2018 and they want me to pay for a bill for 2019! They don't do any investigations whatsoever!

"What an absolute shower"

What an absolute shower! Since May I have been harassed by letters, emails and texts for a debt that I was unaware of. I have replied to all of them by return but got no reply. I resorted to raising an official complaint, sent by recorded delivery and when they appeared to ignore that, I complained to their trade association Credit Services Association; I would encourage everyone to do that.
Update : as at 22 Oct 2020 they have still not replied fully to my official complaint and continue to try to fob me off, I have updated my complaint to their trade organsation and will soon be taking this to the Ombudsman

My electric company sent my bill to these people I paid it while we were in lockdown I was at work in a busy hospital at the time paid bank transfer didn’t know I paid £1-63 short they did not send me an email stating this till after the cut of date tried to charge me another fifty pound what a joke I said I will pay them the £1-63 he said would you like to pay it now over the phone no thanks you are not having my card details I will pay bank transfer then asked if I was ok to pay it as they don’t want me to struggle what a joke all this for less than £2

Their letter is too forceful and can cause anxiety for those who are already in debt. Luckily I paid mine off straight away but for others, the way the letter is worded and laid out it could cause deep distress

"Absolute shambles"

Absolute shambles, cannot contact Pastdue in any way, tried, phone, email, mail & website all to no avail. Still send out debt letters though, so who is doing that if there is no one in the office. BEWARE the online payment it says card declined but then it actually goes to pending on your account if you dont catch it early enough it will go through!!!! They need to be held to account for all the stress they are putting people through.

"Threatening and not able to be contacted!"

I have just received a threatening letter saying they are taking me to court if we don’t pay a gas and electricity bill that we never had!! The company is Npower and I have never been with them! Can’t phone past due credit due to covid 19, load of crap! They should be working as it’s dealing with “debt”, can’t log on to my online account, says invalid customer number! What are you supposed to do, sent 3 emails today! I don’t know what to do!

"Don't trust their online payment…"

Don't trust their online payment service! I've been paying off an outstanding gas bill with them since January with no problems. Finally have enough money to pay off my outstanding balance in full so log onto the portal and pay off the balance, told the payment has failed so try again, same thing, payment failed. The money has been taken out of my bank both times though! Now they are suddenly impossible to contact! Phone, email, online complaint service all completely shut down for Covid and I'm down double the amount I was paying in the first place with no one to sort it out!

"The credit company is chasing someone else bill on my address"

The credit company is chasing a bill for a company on my address and I want to inform them. no way to get through. We as as business been here for 15 years. Your customer service does not exist. Your telephone call line has 2 option 1 directs to website and 2 to anything else. Then when i pressed 2 it directs to website and hangs up. So is that a customer service worthy of service

random company asking for my personal details. I told them again and again to stop contacting me and they refuse. This is harassment. It's illegal. But I don't have the money or time to sue them. Their system is automated by bots to keep asking for my personal details. I don't know who they are or what they want nor do I care.
