Delivery date kept changing so I cancelled the order, the company were helpful until I was due my refund. I have now been chasing this for a week with no response. The company does not answer its phone, keeping you on hold for over an hour and half. I have now had to contact my bank and will be reporting them to trading standards. Goods not received, refund has still not be sent despite a time frame of 10-20 days.
Unnecessary stress and appalling customer service. AVOID!

Do not buy a bed from this company! Poor communication, poor customer service! Been waiting over nearly 2 months for my bed to keep being told, they don’t know when it will be in stock! Then takes 20 days for a refund! States in stock thou when you place the order

I ordered from this company in January 2025 and have not received my order. It’s now March, two delivery dates were given but item never received. They’ve taken payment and not provided the item. No answer to many emails and they do not answer calls, you sit on hold for over an hour. I believe this is a fraudulent company, either that or they have the worst service. They have my money and I have no mattress.

Please avoid this company. Ordered bed for my parents end of January. Still not delivered and no date for when it will be. My parents needed the bed urgently and used company because of 'guaranteed' 7-10 days delivery time. No answer when I ring them. I have emailed now asking for money back but no response. This is quite clearly a scam and I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. My parents are now nearly £500 out of pocket - money they can not afford to lose. Ironically, I got an email asking for feedback re my experience with the delivery!!! What delivery!?

"Absolutely awful"

Absolutely awful! Stay away! Ordered bed in early Jan and still no bed, even though they claim delivery within 10 working days! Chased and chased for delivery date and when I finally got one a month later, bed never came and no correspondence from the company. Impossible to get a hold of and so rude when you do! Always a different excuse as to why late dleivery. Cancelled my order and 2wks later, no refund. Will have to go through credit card company now.

Still waiting on my order! Had all the emails to say it had been sent to the delivery team. Didn't hear anything from them. Advertised on the website that delivery will be within 3 to 10 days and I am a month down the line and still no bed. I have emailed both Sleep beds and the delivery company and received an email over a week later stating problems with packaging despite getting all the emails saying it was with the delivery team?! Also no point in trying to phone as you are just on hold forever. It honestly feels like I have been scammed by this company!

Do not use this company. Was told our bed would arrive within a week. Few weeks past, still no bed for our little girl. Cancelled the order as a result and I am still waiting for my refund - it has been over 4 weeks now.

The delivery guys were polite and respectful. They took the beds up to the second floor. No complaints. They assembled the beds leaving no mess. They took all the packaging away. They made sure I was completely happy before they left. A delightful service.
