"I have no bed"

I have no bed. No correspondence or communication for a month. You have taken £500+ from me. Then you have the cheek to ask for feedback. Absolutely shambolic. Where's my money !!!!!!

Two weeks after expected delivery date had passed nothing had arrived and no communication to explain why.
After I contacted them they emailed back with an explanation that the delay was because of roadworks, couldn’t even give me a new delivery date. Asks for refund 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it!

Avoid this company! I canceled my order due to excessive wait for delivery and have never received refund! I am making a claim through my bank now and reporting to trading standards.

Ordered beginning of January and still no bed. Excuse after excuse. No communication. Will give them 24hrs before I instruct the bank for a refund. Do not buy from them

Sleep beds! What are you playing at!?
We Placed an order beginning of February, website said 7-10 days delivery and you took my sons hard earned money immediately. Zenith delivery network then showed online a delivery date of 26th March with an eta of 1:50pm. This information has now disappeared and is showing as awaiting date.
All emails are bouncing back for Zenith and no one responds from sleep beds or answers the phone. We have called 11 times and been on hold for over 30 minutes at a time. They have now had the cheek to send an email asking as to rate their service as we have received the bed. Absolutely shocking! Hopefully this review is enough to prompt a response somehow

"Avoid this company"

Avoid this company. I purchased a bed base 29 days ago and still haven’t received it. The telephone number they give is never answered despite leaving it on hold for over an hour! Still waiting for a response from an email sent 6 days ago. Have now contacted bank to obtain refund. Appalling customer service.
You’ll see below, two years ago I had a great experience with them which is why I returned and I really really wish I hadn’t!!

I ordered, they said they can not deliver in agreed one month. asking for min 20 more days, I asked them to cancel. They cancelled the order , now from more than 2 months i m waiting for refund/
