It is impossible to get in contact with these people. I call every number associated with them and it just continues to ring no answer. I thought it was a scam but they did end delivering in the time span stated. They came 6 hours later than the stated delivery slot. Not ideal. Assembly was free and quick so that’s a plus.

"Poor delivery time"
I just received an email asking me to review my recent bed purchase. That would be wonderful had I actually received my beds yet!! I ordered weeks ago and although they advertise 3 to 7 days delivery i still haven't received my bed and have been told it won't be delivered till 22nd March, which is another 3 weeks from now. I used this company once before but would never have used them again had I known!! Such a shame, the product is great too. I'll be cancelling my order.

Would give 0 stars. Had to raise a bank indemnity to obtain refund. No communication. Autoreply after order states delivery will be with 3-10 days. After a fortnight contacted company for update and got no reply. Asked for refund and got no reply. Almost a month after order I had to raise with my bank instead to claim my money back. Terrible company. AVOID!

Is this yous taking the Mickey even more out of me. I ordered a bed on the 11th February, for a 3-10 day delivery. Well I waited 8 days, HAD TO CONTACT you to be told new date of 28th March. You have left a disabled man sleeping on the floor. And still I'm.waitimg on my £414 refund too..you are an absolute joke

Stay clear of” Sleep Beds” .. the organisation of the delivery service is shocking , and the customer Service is worse than shocking .
We ordered and paid for 2 single beds on 30th of January and are still waiting!!
We have contacted Sleep Beds by email numerous times as phone contact is near on impossible.
They contacted us on 17th Feb confirming our order was to be delivered between 1.00 pm-4pm on the 8th of March .. so we sold our current bed the morning of the 8th March , only to be told at 4.00pm that day that there was no delivery scheduled for us that day.
We are both in our 70’s and we live in a 1 bedroom cottage with no other sleep facilities.. Neither of us have good health , so we are without beds this evening ..
We have cancelled the order , and will update on here how long our refund takes to be processed. We have never received such poor service.

Please save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. Total scam. Placed an order on the 28th Jan and the bed still hasn't arrived. Company doesn't answer the phone or emails. I've gone back to my bank to try and reclaim my money back. Avoid like anything.

Mattress delivered damaged. I phoned and have now sent three emails. They said they'd send a new mattress on the phone call... nothing two months later.
Don't say I didn't warn you. They are cheap for a reason.
