We are still waiting for the bed to be delivered...
We have ordered and paid for the bed a month ago. We ended up sleeping on a sofa for weeks as Sleep Beds does not deliver on time, does not answer the phone nor emails. I asked for refund so that I can buy another bed, no answers. My back is killing me after this experience and I simply can not believe that you can not reach anyone there...

AVOID. It's either a scam or just an absolute joke of a company. Same experience as most others, order a bed on 19/01 with 3 to 10 day delivery. Still no bed, no updates, I have had to continuously call them and sit on hold for ages to get through to anyone. Final got a delivery date out of them but the bed didn't turn up. Sat on hold for 40 minutes to be told it was never coming and no one had bothered to tell us. We have given up and cancelled the order now but they have told us 20 to 30 WORKING days to get refunded which is utterly ridiculous.

This company is absolutely diabolical, everything on their website is lies.
I ordered beds on the 8th of February, believing that the delivery would take 3-10 days. 10 days later and I had still heard nothing from the company. After sending countless emails with no reply, I called them and they picked up AFTER AN HOUR, saying that we would receive a message to pick a delivery slot on the 28th of Feb, but nothing.
Sent more angry emails today, and called them again to demand a refund. This company definitely has some underlying illegal activity going on, DO NOT ORDER. They steal your money and do not contact you ever again, I’ll update on the refund.

The lack of communication from this company is disgusting. You can't get through via phone and they dont reply to email, happily take your money though!

After being on hold for 90 minutes we have now cancelled this bed.
Originally ordered 6 weeks ago. 2 delivery dates confirmed and withdrawn by themselves without any notification whatsoever.
Their explanation today was they couldn't give us a delivery dates as the delivery firm are having packaging issues!!
The delivery firm Zenith have actually had the bed for 4 weeks!!
Please avoid as something doesn't add. I just hope we get our refund in their specified time of 10-20 day.
Just to add, we used sleep beds just over a year ago too, that experience was 5 star.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a bed and mattress on 5th February with a stated delivery on their site of 3-10 days. I even contacted the company beforehand to confirm delivery times, to which they responded very quickly stating a delivery time of 3-7 days. It is now a month later and I still do not have even a delivery date.
After placing the order I received an email from their delivery company stating they had received the items and would be in touch with a delivery date soon. Well that never happened. I used the tracking on the website and the delivery date was estimated as 9th march and then moved again to 15th of March. I emailed Sleepbeds to confirm a delivery date, to which they were slower to respond but confirmed the date of 15th March.
I kept checking the tracking of delivery on the website and it suddenly changed to having no date. There was no communication about this change from either Sleepbeds or the delivery company Zenith. So I again emailed Sleepbeds to confirm the date. They were even slower to respond and finally replied that there was a delay due to "a packing issue" and no delivery date has yet been provided. So how is it that the delivery company originally stated they had the items?? The story keeps changing, they are almost impossible to get hold of (do t even think of trying to phone them, you will just be in hold forever).
