Avoid avoid avoid! Ordered a mattress 20 Jan, and no sign of it arriving. Email responses take days and are never actually helpful they just continue to say 'we are working on your order' and making various excuses. I think this company must have gone bust, although it is odd they are continuing to send emails. Do not give them your money. I am chasing a refund for my payment through my bank.

I have been waiting for shipment with no response from your selves of when to expect this or any further information from your delivery company Zenith delivery network, and it has been waiting to be shipped by your tracking app. Cannot get through on customer sales no or the Zenith’s customer services as the phone just rings with no information and your dreadful electronic music playing. I would appreciate a response asap.

"Worst possible customer service"

Ordered a bed with mattress a month ago. Not delivered yet. No one picks up phone. Email response is very slow. And now they are asking for feedback about the product. Ridiculous!! Worst possible customer service ever.

I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company.

"Would never buy from here again "

Would never buy from this company again. Poor communication had to chase my order 3 times to be told it would take 6 weeks to be delivered, not the stated 3 to 10 working dates stated on the website. In the end cancelled the order 1 month and god knows how many emails later I am still awaiting a refund and for them to actually cancel the order that has never been delivered!

This company is a scam!
They took my money, confirmed my order by email, confirmed delivery date after me chasing them by email as you cannot contact them by phone! I even got a confirmation email from Zenith the delivery company (same contact issues).
My delivery's never turned up! Thankfully my bank refunded my money. I would never order from them again or recommend them to anyone.

Would not recommend. I still have no delivery date planned for my order. They never answer the phone unless you wait over an hour on hold. The email responses takes nearly a week. I have been chasing and chasing for a month and still have no delivery schedule...feel completely frustrated and disappointed. I rung and spoke to them before placing the order that i could schedule a date as i was moving house and they said there wouldnt be a problem..yet its been nnothing but a headache

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They will possibly deliver you a bed but maybe not, they have a phone line that rings and rings, they do not answer emails frequently and when they do it’s just a load of excuses about why they can’t deliver your bed!! You will be ripped off if you use them, be warned. The address on the website hasn’t been current for over 2 years.

"Scam company"

Scam company. Have had money for weeks and no bed and unable to contact them. The prices look good but I think this is just about them getting your money and holding on to it for a few weeks until you finally give up and claim it back from your credit card company!!

"Appalling customer service and delivery "

I Ordered a bed for my 85yr old father on 16.2.25 with the understanding that it was going to be delivered within 2 days. I contacted their customer service team on 3 occasions chasing the bed with no response. Finally on 3.3.25 they contacted me to say they couldn’t provide me with a delivery estimate and were still working on it. As my father had moved into a new property, he has been without a bed now for 18 days.

"Be aware its scam "

Be aware, its a scam little rat bastard . I placed an order on mid Feb 2025, with hopes, as per information provided, that my bed would be delivered between 3-10 working days. Well its the 6 March today, and still no bed. But, I have received an email requesting feedback about my bed, supposedly being delivered???
I have tried ringing the customer service number, on several occasions, and have waited for over 30 min each time with no one answering the phone. Several emails have been sent, with no response. I just want a bed -
