"Product very poor quality"

Product very poor quality, in eight weeks bed frame has collapsed and staples are protruding. This adult divan base is sold for adult use and is only being used by a child.

In order to resolve I have phoned them, just kept on a ringer for a long time with no answer, I have also sent two emails over two weeks again no answer.

Faulty product and very poor customer service, now trying to chargeback transaction.

Avoid at all costs
Bed arrived damaged/broken
No response to emails
Long wait times on the phone. They don’t want to hear it or help. Promised to sort in 24-48hrs, over 2 weeks stuck with a broken bed, terrible terrible customer service, in fact their customer service is none existent, I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase

"This company is a nightmare"

This company is a nightmare.  Please avoid.  I placed an order on 8th December which stated delivery within 3-10 days. This included expert assembly of the bed.


The delivery arrived on 21/12/2024 and two delivery men dumped the bed in parts at my home and rushed to their van to drive off.  They said that they were not told to assemble the bed and ignored the email we have showing assembly included.  They did not wait until we called the company and drove off.  It took ages for anyone to answer the call.  


In the meantime I noticed the bed was of very poor quality, with flimsy frames that looked like cardboard.  The mattress was also wet and dirty and the plastic packaging was torn.  I spoke to the company and emailed them photos and requested a full refund.  I made it clear that I did not want this item and would purchase from another reputable company.  I was unable to purchase another bed until this one was collected and we had to use blow up mattress in the meantime as we did not have space for another bed until this one was collected. 


They could not send anyone for collection until 14/01/2025 which meant I had to take a day off and stay home for a second time.  On this date, the two delivery men arrived and took the mattress, leaving behind all the other parts and once again got in their van to drive off.  They refused to take the whole bed and drove off.  Once again I contacted the company and complained as they were supposed to take the bed in full and issue refund.  


They then arranged for another collection on 15/01/2025 and two different men arrived this time.  They had been told that I would have to carry the items (huge bed frames, base parts, headboards etc) and I should leave them outside for the drivers to collect, however these drivers were kind and brought the items downstairs and collected everything.


So this company have collected everything on 15/01/2025 and still not issued the refund.  I have had to purchase another bed from a reputable company and had no issues with them and good service.  I contacted the company several times and was told that they are busy and have too many refunds to process (I can see why from the reviews).


I have now had to file a claim through my bank as having requested a refund from December and reported the poor service and damaged item and multiple days of having to take time off and wait, I have not been refunded.


This company has cost me time and distress from multiple inconvenience.  I also read that they keep £60 when they refund which is a joke given their appalling service and multiple days that customers are having to take time off for inconvenience.


I would seriously advise anyone to take note of the negative reviews and this company should not be operating.  I have email evidence and proof of all communications.  It should not take 3 months to refund a faulty bed and I had to store this in my home waiting for them to collect it and unable to purchase a bed.  The delivery team are appalling and just dump the goods or refuse to collect the items and run off.


I have sent evidence to my bank and asked them to investigate.  I have been requesting a refund since 23/12/2024 and it has now been 51 days since they have collected it and still no refund.

"Would give this 0 stars if I could"

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Do not order from this abysmal company. Ordered over 6 weeks ago and given delivery date of yesterday. No bed arrived, no contact to explain why! They even had the nerve last week to email me and hoped I was enjoying my new bed. What a joke! I've cancelled it this morning after I couldn't get through yesterday. Find a reputable company is my advice. Avoid!

"ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY"

Ordered a bed base with this company on 11/2/2025 says would deliver in 3-10 days then got an email to say would be 26/3/2025 weeks tried to contact the company via phone and emails to let them know that we are moving house and we will not be here to take delivery finding this company VERY difficult to contact they are not picking up there phone lines and emails are not answered abd when they do send the odd email they DO NOT answer you questions. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have now asked my card company for the money back in my account which is in the process of doing.

"Awful delivery times are not as per the…"

Awful delivery times are not as per the website. Nearly a month and still not received my bed. Cancelled the order and was told it can take up to 20 days to receive the refund. Asked my bank for assistance. Customer service is non existent.

"Abysmal service and dialogue"

Took money in February and still have not had the product delivered. Communication dreadful.
Offered a 10% discount but not had that either.

"Avoid at all cost"

Avoid at all cost. Ordered a bed 16th Jan, was told delivery 11th Feb so took the day off work checked my emails on the morning to find a email of them apologising and my bed had been delayed until 5th March, tried calling numerous times no answer!! Emails no one responds. Email off them on the 3rd march apologising again saying they will have to let me know once they know a delivery date for bed, terrible service I am trying to get my money back through my bank to order a bed elsewhere as this company do not respond to phone calls or emails!!

"Absolutely horrendous experience"

Absolutely horrendous experience. Don’t waste your money. Ordered in December and still don’t have the correct bed in March. Customer service is very poor, when you do get a reply it is generic and doesn’t address questions. I’ve spent over £400 and cannot use the bed. Lots of nonsense about lack of packaging to replace with the correct bed so I asked for a collection and refund and now they ignore me. Quality of products are cheap so does reflect price. Worst purchase ever.
