"FRAUD - report them"

Ordered and paid for a bed and mattress.

Money taken straight away. No further contact, nothing delivered.

This is clearly organised fraud, rather than just comment on here, report to ACTION FRAUD. The more reports they get about the same issue, the more they will see the problem.

"Order placed nearly a month ago and…"

Order placed nearly a month ago and have emailed numerous times for an update but still none whatsoever! Was originally told my order was with Zenith delivery network a couple of days after order was placed and now no response from either companies. Looking from the numerous 1 star reviews this company has gone massively downhill as have ordered previously and had no issues. Looks like a refund will be hard to get too!

"Another disappointed and frustrated…"

Another disappointed and frustrated customer. Ordered bed 5th January, no delivery made. Asked for refund beginning February and still waiting! Now had to ask my bank for Chargeback. Communication and excuses made by this company is apaling. Definitely do not recommend for anyone else.

"Update to Take Your Money and Run?"

One Star because I can't give a null points!
So crunch time has come. The single bed ordered for a grandchild so that they can stay with us back in January has not arrived.
I've made two phone calls this week; both took over 50 minutes to be picked up. The first to complain that the delivery never happened on Saturday 1st March was to inform me that Sleep Beds couldn't deliver as they had no product packaging???
The second today to try and secure some sort of steer as to when delivery might happen was met with a straight no.
At that point I cancelled my order because need a bed and this company cannot currently cannot supply to fulfil orders - there was no apology, they don't give a damn.
Take my advice and take your good money elsewhere; this lot are hopeless and inept at best or total shysters.
20 working days for my refund; we'll see how that works out - I'll keep you updated.

"A terrible experience - a company to avoid"

bed and matress scheduled to arrive on 4thmarch and collection of old bed and mattress paid for as well.
No show.
No response on phone calls ( 40 mins each time only music)
No reply to e mails.
Will have to try ombudsman and then court.
Truly dreadful experience for us. ( we are both old - my 90 year old husband now without a bed)

"I ordered a single bed on January 18th"

I ordered a single bed on January 18th. 2 scheduled delivery dates of 20th and 26th February given. Both times no delivery. Email responses are useless/load of rubbish and I’ve now had radio silence for over a week. Zero customer service. Decided to drive to their “Head office” and well the picture speaks for itself. The company doesn’t exist. Scam company.

"I didn’t even want to give them one…"

I didn’t even want to give them one star.
Absolutely appalling company I believe they are scamming people. I ordered a headboard for a friend who hasn’t got internet. We too looked at the trust pilot reviews and decided to go ahead with the order. After two weeks we had heard nothing. I emailed the company to find out where the headboard was. In the meantime my friend changed her mind on the colour of the headboard and asked me to email them to see if I could change it. I was a bit worried that this would happen as they claim they make the headboards to order.When I emailed them I eventually got an email back five days later saying yes they could change it.I was very surprised how accommodating they were to change the order. But they still couldn’t give me a delivery date for the order. I then got an email saying they were sorry about delivery been delayed and sorry emails had been very slow they had a very high demand of emails and we’re trying to get through them as quick as possible. I then received an email two weeks after asking me how my experience was now I had received my new headboard/bed. I emailed them again to tell them I hadn’t received the headboard and got no response. I then rang them and was on hold for over an hour,of which someone answered called Pamela she was totally useless. she didn’t ask for my customer reference number so she could’ve been talking to anyone.she couldn’t give me any answers told me they had stopped production and there was no deliveries going out so I asked when production was starting up again and she couldn’t give me an answer to that either. I asked to speak to someone higher up of she couldn’t put me through to anyone and said I would have to email them.I have done that, but I take it I will get no response off them. Now after reading all these other people’s comments in the boxes I do believe they are scamming people from their money. Do not buy off this company.

"Terrible customer service"

Have been waiting for beds to be delivered for just under 2 months now. Scheduled delivery cancelled without any notification. Have phoned lots of times and still no confirmed delivery date. Contacted customer via email around 5 times and phoned now just fed up and requested a refund.

"I ordered my divan bed on 19th of Feb…"

I ordered my divan bed on 19th of Feb now the 5th of march not had any communication since the confirmation email of order was expected to 3 -10 days well I’ve tried calling countless times and emailed the customer service no reply I should have read reviews on here before ordering as it appears others have had same issues, if anything I hope others do check out reviews etc before forking out for bed from sleepbeds and others , I’m hoping can get my money back at least I’ll definitely be bit more weary now buying stuff online.
Update 5th March it turns out the company going bust and won’t be fulfilling anymore orders have just received email say refund will be made but do feel should have been informed sooner I will think twice about these kind of purchases as I hope others will too)

I’ve waited 3 months for this bed which I was advised would be 5/7 days delivery, I’m now fighting for a refund . Avoid at all costs
