"No Goods got Delivered "
I placed an order along side my Daughter back in January and its now 5/3/2024 and we have no beds.I have emailed and phoned countless times and get no response the phone just screeches or plays music nobody ever answers take care when ordering from thjs sight

Ordered a double divan bed and arranged a date for the delivery (with Zenith, who are owned by SleepBeds). Calls and email ignored, so I had to arrange a chargeback. Fortunately my bank authorised this speedily, I assume because banks are well aware of their scammy practices. Check Companies House. Don't buy from here. Pay a bit more and use a reputable company. Lesson learned.

I normally check reviews before ordering stuff and I wish I did on this occasion. I've never ordered a new bed before online and I wish I hadn't.
Ordering the bed was simple enough and the sleepbed website was easy to navigate.
After you place the order you get an email from Zenith Delivery Network the next day stating that they will complete the order by dispatching to your address.
At this point your left hanging completely unaware about what's happening next. Days and weeks go by and trying to phone them is impossible as they don't pick up call and emails go unanswered.
Had to call bank to make a section 75 claim against Sleepbeds to get my money back.
Avoid this lot at all costs and look elsewhere.
Update. I got reimbursed straight away with my credit card provider over the phone as they are aware of this companys activities.
Should be the same with chargeback so get your money back asap. Don't hang about.

I ordered a bed on 6/feb and same story as the other genuine reviews on here. The positive reviews are now obviously fake paid for reviews
Avoid this scam site. Do research on company house a little digging around hope they nail this crook but I doubt they will it’ll fold soon and reopen under a new banner

Ordered a single divan, 3-10 days delivery. Should have checked here first! No communication, no update, tomorrow is 10 days and not a word.
As everyone says it’s a company with no intention of delivery the goods. Will seek a refund via our payment method. Dreadful

"Poor service, avoid, avoid, avoid!"
Ordered a bed and mattress early December, with a guarantee of delivery within 3-10 working days. They did not respond when asked for confirmation of delivery date. Eventually they confirmed it would be delivered 3 weeks later. They then cancelled and finally we received the bed early January.
There was no 'white glove' delivery service, two guys in a dirty looking van dragged the poorly packaged mattress through the snow and after leaving marks on our walls it was dumped against a wall in a bedroom. The plastic packaging was ripped and torn, the mattress wet and dirty, it also appeared sun damaged like it had been sat in a warehouse for months. They also dragged the two halves of the bed into the house, the corners were scraped along the pavement and the bed itself had a huge hole in the base that would have been clearly visible to the delivery men. They said nothing to us except 'we need to take a photo to show we delivered it' and promptly left.
We phoned the company immediately who told us we should sleep on it and they would replace it. We didn't fancy sleeping on a dirty broken bed and as requested we emailed photos of the problems. They offered to remanufacture the bed and mattress but we couldn't wait any longer for a bed to sleep on so we asked them to collect and refund the whole order.
We ordered a bed and mattress from Argos that arrived in a few days and we are very happy with it.
They collected the bed and mattress in another 5 days and then we waited for a refund... And waited... And waited...
I was lied to in an email and told that per their website it takes 30 days to issue a refund however the website says 10 business days. After 30 days I asked again for the refund and I was told their refund team was very busy, then they stopped replying to me.
I requested a chargeback from my bank and eventually got my money back.
Their website still states 3-10 business days for delivery, 'excellent trustpilot reviews' and refunds in 10 days.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

"Where are my beds???"
I am so utterly disappointed in sleep beds. I ordered two single beds for my children and one double for myself. This was a month ago and still no sign of our beds, but I did get an email asking for feedback on the delivery of my beds!!
I have sent numerous emails and tried calling but the only time I got a response was when i replied to tue feedback and left my review asking for my beds.
I was ensured they were working on getting a delivery date and if i had any further questions to get in touch. That was last week and still no update. I have since emailed and no response. Starting to worry this company has no intentions of delivering any beds. Please communicate with your customers and reply to your emails!

"Replacement divan base drawer has not arrived"
My new divan bed base developed a faulty drawer. I called SleepBeds on 4th January 2025 to advise them of this fault and emailed them photos of the faulty drawer. I was advised that a replacement drawer would be delivered to me on the 26/2/2025. On the 26/2/2025 no delivery arrived. I received no email to advise me of cancellation or new delivery date of faulty drawer. I have tried to call SleepBeds a number of times on different days and cannot get through. At times I have been waiting on the phone for up to an hour and no one picks up my call.

"2 months for delivery......."
I ordered a single bed frame with storage on 15th January and paid in full......it still hasn't arrived. I contacted the delivery company Zenith in the first instance who told me that due to works in the road they couldn't send their delivery vans out and delivery would be postponed to 28th Feb. I agreed to this, as I understand if there are issues beyond their control, however, I emailed Sleep Beds to ask for their reassurance regarding the delivery date. They are sporadic in replying to emails and it can take a few days to illicit a response. At first the date was agreed, then a couple of days later I received an email with a new delivery date of 15th March. I refused this as it is 2months after my order was placed. Sleep Beds offered me 10% off and I wearily agreed. Today I have received yet another pointless email apologising, with a different reason why they cant deliver (packaging issues) and I have now had enough. I have clearly stated if they cannot fulfil delivery on 15th March then I want a full refund. This has caused undue stress and honestly, you're better off going to IKEA.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY. They do not deliver the beds and do not refund. They are running an illegal operation. They will take your money. This company is trading as Sleep Beds but the holding company is Meridian Furnishing Ltd and does not file any accounts. The company is dormant. Please do not make the mistake of purchasing from them.
