"Took my money, but no bed, no update, don't answer their phone or email"
Ordered a bed on 2 February, got an email confirming delivery on 1 March, it's now the 7 March and still no bed, although their site says they have fulfilled the order and I've had an email asking me for feedback. I'm currently on hold for the 5th time trying to contact this company, but don't expect them to answer. I've emailed them repeatedly and no response. I was actually googling to see if this company is a scam! They have taken my money, I just want my bed.

Currently, still waiting for my ordered on 26th Jan due to daughters bed breaking. Now 7th March. No sign of a bed still, phone never answered (hold music for 45 mins, gave up after this long) UK’s No Divan bed specialist!!!
Do not order if you need a bed within the same month or 2…maybe 3.

"Fraudulent company"
This company is a fraudulent company. The company is run under Meridian Furnishings and had compulsory strike off action taken in June last year. So they are criminals committing fraud taking our money. They have been reported to Action Fraud and advise others to report. I just hope i get my money back somehow. Hopefully my bank will refund it through Charge back.
Report them to Action fraud lets stop this from happening to others and get the owner locked up.

Order this bed on the 10th Feb 2025 still haven't received it its all payed can't get through to them on the phone I've emailed several times and am getting the same answer problem in the warehouse with packaging i advice people not to purchase from here 07 /03/25

Still waiting for a delivery ordered Jan 28Th 25 was supposed to be 01/03/25 between 8- 11 am No delivery an email about packaging on the 3rd March but I have surpassed the 5-7 day threshold have emailed asked for a delivery date if you can’t give me that I’ll have my money back it’s now the 7/03/25 I’ve heard nothing am reporting them to trading standards absolutely awful

I ordered 2 Divans in 2nd February, delivery stated 3-10 days.
I emailed Customer Services and had a prompt reply stating my order would be despatched as soon as possible.
I then received an email yesterday asking for a review as my order had been delivered - I have mailed and called as I haven’t received my order.
No reply to my email and no one answering the Phone
