By answering their phones and responding to queries on delivery of goods
Ordered double Divan bed base and paid. Been given 3 different delivery dates the latest one being 14th of March. Unable to get response via their phone lines and have sent 3 emails asking for confirmation that this latest date is happening as need to remove old bed.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered and were told it would be delivered within 3-10 days. Then they said it would be 28 days. Then it didn't arrive on the date they said it would. I now can't get hold of anyone to cancel the order, they don't answer the phone or reply to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

Ordered on 15th Feb, paid in full - can’t get hold of anyone, no delivery date - an email reply about a packaging issue. At this point I want a refund but can’t get hold of anyone to get one
Going to have to contact my bank I think - anyone else?

Very poor service. Ordered bed 26th January. Still nothing. No one answering phone. I think it's a scam company. Go to try and get my money back. I will never use this company again. Shocking service

This is a horrible company. Ordered for a bed in January and it is still yet to be delivered and then we asked for a refund and they are being slow about it. This is evidence of fraud. Do yourself a favor and not patronize this company. You're better off lying on a mattress in the sea, you'd see the value for your money at least

Placed order on 28th Jan to be advised on order confirmation that delivery should take 3-10 working days. 6th March today and nothing from this company can’t get through to their phone lines, have emailed numerous times with no reply absolutely scam don’t waste your money. I have asked for a refund which I assume I will never receive 😒

"Warning"

Warning, goods do not get delivered, cannot contact on phone, reply to emails do not address the issues raised, said refunds take 20-30 days, this breaches Legislation. Goods did not arrive on quoted days. An excuse used was quoted as ''due to roadworks' Paid for goods in Jan 25 and have not been delivered. Reported to my payment provider, who are now investigating.

"Scam company, no communication, no product."

Ordered my bed in January, still not received. I have had no delivery date and have been unable to contact the company via email or telephone. I am going to request a Chargeback from my bank because looking at other reviews, this is a scam company and no one is getting any products or any money back. Terrible.

Ordered a bed they emailed with a longer delivery date then stated when I ordered it. I cancelled the order after reading reviews (which i should have done before) but was desperate for a bed for my young daughter. was told refund will be 10-15 days. No refund 2 months later. They are scammers.
