I ordered a mattress from Sleep Beds and paid via the Shop App link that Sleep Beds sent. This was a straightforward transaction. Had to chase for a delivery date, several emails later date was confirmed by Zenith Delivery Network. Waited in all day, no contact from them and no delivery!
Neither company responds to phone calls, eventually got an apologetic bull shit response that the non delivery was due to a shortage of packaging! Still no delivery date offered, I requested a full refund and received no reply. I contacted my Bank and reported the issues and the money was returned within a day. I still haven’t heard from Sleep Beds and don’t want to - I felt I had been scammed. I bought a similar mattress from Argos - currently offering 20% discount on some products and delivery took place within 3 days. I ordered the mattress from Sleep Beds in January - please read the other reviews - I wish I had!

Trying to contact Sleepbeds is really challenging. No one has got back to me and I can’t get through to their call centre. No bed delivered but I’ve been emailed to say it has. Really think I’ve lost my money.

It still has not arrived I ordered over a month ago. I have called two diffrent numbers to be on hold for an hour on one and spoke to no one. I have emailed 3 diffrent email addresses and no response. Disgusting survice

Gosh, I thought I was the only one having issues.
I have wasted so much time being on hold and sending countless emails and getting very little answers. The latest is packaging issues but I just want to cancel my order and have the faulty bed returned. I was told I can only get my money back if the bed is returned but they can’t give me a delivery date, due to packaging issues!! You don’t need packaging to return a faulty bed. Absolutely disgusting. The worst customer service and company I have ever dealt with. AVOID!!!!!!!!

A one star is too generous in my opinion. I was lucky to receive my beds from the other comments. However, One was damaged and after being given a date for a replacement part it failed to arrive.
I have never managed to get to speak with a manager of any kind and no one responds to emails.
