Definitely a scamming company, I ordered a single divan bed with headboard and mattress on the 11th of February. I paid through klarna but the payment goes to meridian beds..after emailing sleep beds several times as they never answer the phone. I received a reply a week later , my bed would be delivered on the 26th of march not as it advertised 3/10 days. I contacted citizen advice and I'm within my rights to cancel. I did this and it took them another week to get back to me. I've still not received a cancellation email. I'm having to stay at my daughter's as I have no bed. I

"Worst company ever!!…"
This is the worst company I have ever used. Bed was ordered on 2nd feb. Told would be delivered within 10 days. Heard nothing so emailed. Had a response to say it would be delivered on the 24th. No delivery arrived so phoned ( took 45 mins to get through) told there had been a delay due to packaging and that I would be emailed a new date within 48 hours. Still no email, no bed, no reply when I have tried to call, just an email asking to
Leave a review for my new bed…. The one that I still have not received. Have contacted the bank to see if they can help me get my money back as hold out no hope of getting the bed or a response from this company!

I ordered 2 divan beds from this website and the order never came. I ordered on the 16th February. I got an email that it was meant to come on the 27th February. I started to get worried after the deadline for delivery was passed so i told my daughter to check the reviews and then she told me everything the reviews said. I called up and waited over an hour to request a refund. Refund should be here soon. Apparently they couldnt deliver that day as they had a road issue.

Ordered a mattress from Sleepbeds in January supposed to be delivered within 10 days, still waiting! Like everyone else has said impossible to contact and not replying to emails. Now, I have to try to reclaim money from my credit card company. Very disappointing. Definitely avoid this company.

Ordered mattress on the 9th February and 1 month later it’s still not arrived. I phoned and that takes about 20mins to get through and she wasn’t much help. An email takes them about a week to reply and I did get an apology but still no mattress. I now have to try to cancel the order and get a refund

I concur with other reviews. Ordered a bed from them mid Feb, told delivery would be 3-10 days, heard nothing, sent a few emails, no response, tried to call and couldn't get through. Got an email on last day saying no delivery date. Waited another week and have now cancelled and instructed my bank to try and get my money back.
