"My experience of Bristol Energy:"
I was originally referred to Bristol Energy for my gas supplies by a price comparison site, as the best deal I could get without having to accept a smart meter. Apart from some initial blips in sending meter readings on-line, which have since been resolved, I found the service reliable. They have now been taken over by Together Energy which, I understand, majors on using renewable energy and has a strong social ethic. I have recently renewed at a very competitive fixed rate for two years, giving me an assured gas supply at a good price for that period of time at least.

I have used Bristol Energy for quite a few years and they have always been excellent. I am a low energy user as I visit my family often, But readings are always very simple to send, I know my financial position with my energy bills at all times. Also they are always there to advise on the best package for your budget.
I Cannot fault the company in any way.
I have been with some of the big six suppliers in the past and it was difficult to contact them if I have a problem ( usually when they overcharged).
So 5 stars to Bristol Energy.

Worts company ever.They sent final bill 645 pound for a year.After long time opened case with energy ombudsman bristol reduced 511 pound.Now i put smart meter reading maximum charge 1.15 a day during lockdown same flat,same people, same enery consumption.But they charge extra 511 .Dont believe them.Bristol energy scam,ripp off.
May be bristol energy offer cheap than other company dont believe it is a trap any time they charge any amount they want.

I spoke to one of the customer care folk at Bristol Energy regarding a letter I had received about my regular payments. He was efficient and understanding and explained the situation very well. Recommended.
