Ich habe eine Neato D3 mit 5 Jahre Garantie gekauft. Nach 4 Jahren hat der Robot eine Fehlermeldung, dass die Sensoren kaputt sind. Die Sensoren wurden regelmäßig 100% gereinigt und zur Garantiereparatur geschickt. Das Ergebnis: Batterie und Sensoren müssen getauscht werden, Kosten 226 EUR mit MwSt. Die Batterie ist schwacher, aber schafft 25Min Reinigung. Was mich verärgert hat, sind die Sensoren. Die Ursache ist nicht ganz klar, aber die muss man tauschen und ist ein Verschleißteil! So ich muss zahlen, obwohl ich Garantie habe. Nach eine Beschwerde habe ich eine Ermäßigung bekommen und sollte 154 EUR mit MwSt zahlen. Das habe ich abgelehnt, weil die Ursache eigentlich lauf denen nicht klar ist.

Eine Meldung auf Verbraucherzentrale ist raus.

Bitte nicht etwas bei myRobotcenter kaufen. Wenn dann alles ein Verschleiß ist und die Ursache nicht klar ist, dann könnt ihr euren Geschäft schließen.

Telefonischer Kundenservice war sehr freundlich. Im tel. Gespräch konnten unsere Ansichten besprochen bzw. geklärt werden. Im Vorfeld gab es unterschiedliche Ansichten zu deinen defekten Vacuummotor im Auffangbehälter.

I can't fault the service from myRobotCenter. Ordered a Roborock S5 Max from their website 10 days ago and product arrived yesterday morning well packaged in great condition.

5 year extended warranty is a nice touch as well and they include a free UK plug lead since these products are shipped from Austria and come with a 2 pin plug.

Initially after reading the reviews I did email the support team at myRobotCenter to confirm they had stock of the item i ordered. They responded within an hour saying they did and gave me an estimation as to when the order would be despatched. All of which was spot on.

If you are worried about ordering an item due to reading the other reviews give support a shout they are very helpful.

"Ordered an Roborock S5 Max"

Ordered an Roborock S5 Max in January. When placing the order the delivery time was between 3 to 5 working days. It has now have been waiting 3 weeks. After chasing this up I was promised that it would arrive no later than the 18th Feb. I'm still waiting with no delivery estimate in sight. And reading upon other complaints I have seen that the company apologises and then ask customers to return to buy something else. What a joke. No pride in their service and no customer service.

Update. After finally receiving the product, it is Amazing. I keep thinking why I didn't order a robot vacuum earlier. The mapping of each floor, zone and mopping service is amazing. I vacuum only once a fortnight to get to the difficult spaces. Not receiving 5 stars due to the delay in delivery and lack of customer service.
