I ordered from this company as their prices seem competitive - however the advertised prices do not include the 20pc tax which is added so they are not at all competitive.
One of the 2 robots I ordered took over 3 weeks to arrive. Communication from MyRobotCenter was appalling. I was repeatedly fobbed off and emails at times bordered on rude. I refused the delivery and have requested a refund only to be told that they will not issue a refund until the robot has been received back at their warehouse. Delivery was refused on June 12th and DHL tell me that the package left the UK on the 15th. My Robot Center refusing refund until the robot has been received by them but are using the tracking number for the first robot. There are multiple reviews suggesting others have had similar experience. Repeated requests for telephone calls have been ignored. Avoid at all costs.
