"Happy with GT2 and customer support"

I purchased a GT2 and had a couple slight issues once assembled. I emailed support and they sent me instructions to correct and all went well. They even followed up to make sure we were good. The scooter is awesome and totally recommend it, especially if you plan on riding off pavement for any reason.

This skateboard was so easy to buy! I got it as a gift for my boyfriend's Christmas present and he loves it! How rides everyday with our dog and the wheels are so smooth and the board is so much faster than his old one. The lights on the bottom are awesome and the remote is so easy to use and hold. We love the weight of the board and that he can ride pretty much anywhere!

I bought my skateboard 2 months ago and the experience has been nothing but great so far. The design is very durable and sturdy. The offroad wheels make riding it on bumpy roads a breeze. I wish it had a a bit more power for incline hills but that's just because I love riding FAST. Highly recommend!

Love the scooter life. I live in the Florida keys and traffic can be backed up for hours. I just scoot along and save myself hours of time sitting in traffic.

The sales and service teams are great. They are quick to answer and never condescending. Unlike a competitor they did not say "we don't recommend these for seniors" but rather were eager to answers qquestions with plenty of info for me to make an informed decision. We now have a second iX3 based on my experience with the first one. Everybody loves it although some strangers do look at this senior with a quizzical look.
I wish it had more torque for going uphill, that the steering stem was more solid and that the battery had a bit more range but those are my only gripes. I have been in the snow, on ice( a little risky) in the rain, dirt, gravel grass, etc and it was no problem and a lot of fun. It's a great alternative to carting ebikes around on a rack behind your vehicle and much lighter and easier to handle. I would recommend this brand without hesitation for young folks to old folks.
