"Awful company"

Awful company, box arrived damaged and the contents inside all marked! This is not the birthday present I paid for… calls get ignored emails are awful, they’ve replied twice in the last week and both times they won’t action the return or refund, that’s been requested.

I have been trying to contact them, by e-mail and by phone, no reply. I received their product but it never worked. Charged the battery, it only turns on for a second and straight away turns off, not even the lights get tested. I do not even know how and where to return the item.
I am definitely writing my bank now to report this fraudulent transaction.
