My husband and I bought the M800 racer and so far love it! No issues yet but have only used it a couple times. Shipping was quick and received it in 2 days. We were happy with that. Customer service is only 3 stars though. Honestly they need an agent via phone to solve all the issues/problems that people have instead of emailing back and forth! And All in all we love our M800 scooters!!

I received my bike in time expected and was very eager to assemble. Once I took out of the box it was scratched and dinged with a flat back tire. Emailed the company and best they would do is $20 refund and blamed it on delivery service. The hazard sticker was put on sloppy so clearly not a delivery issue. Sent multiple pictures. They accidentally sent a seat with the purchase so I guess that’s cool although don’t need it.

Tire tube might just as well be made out of balloons, flat back tire after 1.5 miles on a sidewalk on a brand new X1. They should switch to an aggressive solid rubber tire.

Isinwheel sent my scooter on time. There was no damage and everything was there. It was shipped and delivered in two days.
Right now I'm waiting for it to charge to 100%. I can't wait to ride it. It's the Circooter Mate 800w it's nicer than the pictures and videos. So my experience with Isinwheel is a five.

"This place is a scam"

This place is a scam. They claim the Scooter goes 28 miles an hour, but it only goes 7 miles an hour. The scooter broke 3 days after trying it out. They also did not give me my refund. I have been back-and-forth with him for months now. This is a straight up scam.

Ich war erst sehr skeptisch als ich die Bewertungen gelesen habe, aber ich kann nur sagen das ich sehr zufrieden mit diesem Unternehmen bin, wir haben einen E-Roller E9Max E Scooter Mit Strassenzulassung gekauft, der Versand war etwas länger als versprochen aber wir sind hochzufrieden was das Preisleistungsangebot angeht, sehr Empfehlenswert! Am 11.04.2023 habe ich bei Isinwheel einen E9MAX bestellt. Laut ihrer Seite wird der E-scooter innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen geliefert hat, dann habe ich ihn aber leider erst am 17.04.2023 erhalten. Aber anstatt ich einen E9MAX erhalte, habe ich erhalten einen ZLION PLUS aus Spanien erhalten. Ich habe mich sofort beim Kundenservice gemeldet am nächsten morgen nach der Lieferung. Laut ihrer Seite antworten sie nach 24 Stunden. Ich habe 3 e-Mails verschickt aber auf keine wurde bis heute geantwortet.

Bestellt E9Max(10 Ah, 40km, 10 Zoll) und bekommt E9(7.5 Ah,30km, 8 zoll)
I habe E9Max(10 Ah(Batteriekapazität), 40 km Reichweite und mit 10 Zoll) bestellt und bekommt E9 (7.5 Ah(Batteriekapazität), 30 km Reichweite, mit 8 Zoll.). Kundendient ist sehr schlecht. Frau Emily kann nicht zwischen E9max und e9 unterscheiden, sie nimmt sich viel Zeit, um zu antworten. Sie hat mein Problem nicht gelöst. Ich möchte den Roller zurückgeben. Ich benötige eine Rücksendung, weil das Unternehmen schuld und ein Betrug ist.

Customer service is shocking. Do not buy. I purchased over £700 scooter which broke after 2 and a half months. I sent several emails, managed to call them and was advised technical team will come back to me within 1 day. Another week gone and no response. Will report to trading standards
