"Bought the X3 PRO"

Bought the X3 pro, a very powerful machine... needed some service due to electrical issue, service sent all parts and runs like new condition. On flat roadway have gotten scooter up to around 36 mph, best model in micro mobility.

I had a little malfunction with the board and I contacted them and they contacted back fast during the holidays they sent me out a whole new one i just threw out my old one and used that one I really appreciate them they really are a good company!!

"Bad Business Practices"

The customer service is trash🗑️ FYI --- Isinwheel does not issue return shipping labels. If you purchase a scooter and you do not like it. You have to pay for your own return shipping label. I lost a lot of money dealing with this company.

First of all, I myself am a customer service professional and have found 75% of companies customer service is either no where to be seen or greatly lacking.

Isinwheel goes above and beyond to wow their customers with phenomenal customer service and appreciation. VERY long story short; I had an issue with one of the longboards I received from them. It was one of the top end boards so my wife and I were super nervous and skeptical for any help whatsoever!

Along came Isinwheel to save the day! Not only is another board on the way, but they expedited my shipping while having the best customer service I’ve received in over a decade!!

If you are looking for an electric mode of transportation there is ZERO question on who to go with!!! ISINWHEEL FOR THE WIN!!!

"TERRIBLE customer service"

Customer service sends repeated emails asking for information already sent, emails for reviews when they haven’t completed the service etc. Everytime I’ve emailed with an issue, they are always on “Holiday” and this time they couldn’t help me because they are remodeling their warehouse?! They do not honor their warranty and instead try to convince customers to accept $30 to repair at local shop and then sent ONE brake versus all the parts needed. They also sent NO instructions and said they do not have the wiring needed and asked if I could buy it locally. Ridiculous!

I really wanted to leave 5 ⭐. Scooter 3x pro does every bit of 28 mph . I'm all in at 6ft 200 pounds. Rides awesome. They built a glorious machine. And F*$ked up end game by not putting shocks as they did every other they made. Why ? Why craft such a thing? Then do that to it. It's doomed to fail long term the shock will destroy the hole rig. I received it 8 days after purchase. One day was on FedEx. Customer service responded with in hours when I asked about it. They were efficient and polite.

Finally received my order.
App that comes with scooter can't be downloaded in Canada. Now I'm not able to lock it, which is why I bought this one.
Bluetooth not detected. (Tried multiple devices)

Just contacted Support which so far was NO help, the lady on the phone was not sure which App the I9 use's.
