Isinwheel S9Max my first and only electric scooter I have ever purchased. But it doesn’t cease to AMAZE me with it’s speed, power, battery life, and durability because it’s almost fully water resistant to water proof! Great for any Urban Commuter that likes great affordability and quality!

Be very cautious about buying any scooter from this company I purchased the X1 800W off road scooter within 3 months was loaded with problems, after many weeks of emails and communications by phone, I requested the X3 scooter within 5 month the scooter caught fire and is beyond repair, now they are refusing a refund, please be aware the prices are low and attractive a reason

"Terrible customer service"

The scooters they have are good for the money but it's cheap parts and the customer service is terrible they send the parts out later to the carriers that they ship through extending the shipping time I ordered a part from them on Sunday and they said 2 to 4 business days and they only gave the part to usps today and the part is arriving on Friday ruining all my plans that I had these people take there sweet ass time with everything if I can give it a zero i would

X3 pro isinwheel scooter already broken, now I'm going throw nightmare emailing back and forth. Ofcourse they won't just swap out the scooter with a non defective unit... they want me to bring it to a shop to get it checked out and do all the repairs myself. I regret spending my money in this company. I wish I never bought it. One of the worst products I ever bought. They can easily fix it but to greedy to fix it..

I’m really happy with their customer service, they respond really quick and fast, very helpful, no complications. I exchanged my scooter very smoothly and without any hassle. And I also liked the scooter. Overall happy with their services.

I have had my isinwheel i9 for over a year now and am extremely happy with it. I bought the one with the air filled tires and flats are my only issue. It took me a little bit to learn how to change them but now I'm quite efficient at it. The scooter is easy to ride and operate. I thought when I first got it that it was a little too fast for the sidewalk and a little too slow for the bike lane on busy streets but now that I've adjusted my traveling routes to mostly ride through neighborhoods where I can use the whole street, the speed is entirely comfortable. My town is small enough that I can ride from my place to the store and back and still have a battery left when I get home and light enough that I can easily carry it onto the bus and increase my travelling distance and battery life. There is also an appo that I find very helpful. With it I'm able to get a better account of how much battery I have left and also adjust quite a few settings. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this scooter and have recommended it to everyone who asks about it.

I have to say I LOVE MY SCOOTER!
When I found my raptor pro, I knew I had to buy this. I’ve looked at several scooters, read about battery life, commuting miles to night time riding (visibility). This scooter by far was my best decision. The lights are so bright for other vehicles to see and they change color when you brake helping feed energy back to the battery.
What I like most is the company kept checking in on me after while the scooter was in shipment, a headlight bulb (which isn’t the light) fell out of the shipment box. The customer service sent me another one right away, which I was very pleased with.
They’ve communicated with me several times over my thoughts and ideas as to how they could improve it for next time, so I gave them my opinion.

If you’re using this for commuting, it has direction signals and brake lights. Well worth the phrase, TAKE MY MONEY!

"A fuir !! arnaque totale (produit, relation vendeur)"

La première anomalie est à la réception de la trotinette avec un élément dessoudé (le bloc lumière, qui lorsqu'il n'est pas connecté, bloque le klaxon...). Après maints échanges par mail durant 10 jours je finis par avoir le bon de retour et j'ai un refus de reprise de cette trotinnette ou alors avec un remboursement à moins de 50% !. Je renvoie la trotinnette et il me la renvoie dans le même carton avec un nouveau bloc lumière en plus dans le carton (à coté), même pas installé !.Je l'installe, pas le choix, elle fonctionne à moitié : les lumières du deck restent allumées en permanence (je les ai couvertes de scotch noire), le klaxon fonctionne une fois sur deux, mais elle roule. Au bout d'un moins d'utilisation la trotinnette ne démarre plus. Vu la première expérience, je me dit qu'ils refuseront de faire marcher la garantie (il n'y a pas de garantie avec ce vendeur). J'ouvre la batterie de la trottinette : et là la batterie n'est pas fixée, aucune étanchéité l'eau rentre de toute part, un fil est coupé, à se demander si cela n'a pas été fait exprès. Elle est morte. je comprends maintenant d'où venaient les acoups quand je roulais, c'était la batterie qui tapait de toute part ! 800 euros pour un mois d'utilisation, ça fait cher. Ma conclusion : à fuir. S'il y a un collectif pour porter plaintes je veux bien participer (j'ai des mails et des vidéos) !

Ich habe nach dem Kauf eines Scooters …den Kauf nach 30 Minuten rechtmäßig storniert .Der Verkäufer handelt in Eu Raum . Ohne Antwort , stornierte ich noch weitere 4mal ohne Erfolg ( auf Hompage) nach 4 Tagen kündigte der Verkäufer die Lieferung an und hatte es angeblich nicht gesehen …..Quatsch wollte nur verkaufen …,, absolut frech und will mich nötigen zum Kauf . ich habe bei DHL online Annahme verweigert, bestätigt von DHL und Verkäufer hat Versand wieder erneut angewiesen . Hoffe das kein Nachbar den Scooter annimmt…. Ich werde es nicht tun ….. kauft lieber in Deutschland 🇩🇪 werde den Bericht Updaten
