Horrific, Do not order anything from this company.
Ordered a watch winder 4 months ago, got told complete lies about the delivery time, 7 to 10 days they said. Here I am 4 months later after cancelling and getting a refund. I ordered the same Winder from the manufacturer and guess what? Next day delivery. Yet they've been out of stock at CW Sellors for 4 months, obvious lies and chatting with the manufacturer they are well aware of the negative reputation of this company. Even worse CW Sellors staff will straight up stop responding to you after awhile. This is without a doubt the worst Jewellers I have ever dealt with and reading reviews they should definitely be investigated as they advertise things in stock that are definitely not in stock. The 5 star reviews are clearly fake as every 5 star reviewer gives nothing but 5 star reviews on their accounts. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. Genuinely disgusting business practice.

Excellent experience on all 3 purchases. Harriet and latterly Emma were excellent, very helpful and went the extra mile to jeep us informed. Faultless experience from end to end. Items were shipped quickly (received next day) and securely.
I would strongly recommend checking prices with CW Sellors prior to purchasing Jewellery, Watches etc. in our experience they are difficult to beat.

Have bought 6 watches from C.W.Sellors. They have always kept me updated . Harriet and Leah especially helpful on my last order which they could not fulfil as the watch had been discontinued. The manufacturer did not tell them. Phoned me asking if I would like a refund or a different watch. Leah did a lot of work finding which of my alternatives would be available, always phoned when she said she would. Staff in Ashbourne shop are always friendly and helpful. I am very surprised by the poor reviews I have seen, that is not my experience.

I initially ordered a watch with a promised delivery time of around 7 days, but I ended up waiting almost three months. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, and at one point, they started blaming the delay on Garmin discontinuing some lines and prioritizing other existing customers. Seriously? I checked Garmin’s official online store, and the watch was readily available. I only waited because they offered a better price.
I needed the watch for a marathon, so after waiting too long, I ordered directly from Garmin, and got a good discount for direct purchase. Ironically, CW Sellors finally shipped my order shortly after that. Since I now had two watches and was also facing unexpected financial difficulties, I had to return the one from CW Sellors.
I notified them within 14 days of intent to send the item back, as required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and returned it within the legal 30-day timeframe. However, they refused to issue a refund, claiming that their "discounted" items must be returned within 14 days—which is completely unlawful. The Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to all online purchases, regardless of whether the item was discounted or full price. Their terms and conditions can not override statutory consumer rights, and their refusal to refund me is a clear violation of the law.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Received the watch and liked the watch. The only negative thing I can think of is, I wished they sent out instructions on how to change the watch time and advice on how often you should wind the watch up etc because I've never owned a automatic watch before and I didn't how to look after it.
