The customer service has been absolutely appalling—they don’t care and have no interest in helping. The staff act condescendingly, making you feel foolish for simply asking about your order. I waited six weeks for a watch, only to be forced to cancel my order today.
For the past three weeks, I was repeatedly told that my order was in the post and would be sent via next-day delivery—yet nothing ever arrived. When I called today, I was suddenly told that the watch still needed to be ordered and that deliveries come in weekly. However, when I asked what they had been doing for the past six weeks, they had no answer.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Terrible customer service, no response to emails. No information given as to when I should receive my order- two months later - despite implying that the item was in stock. Absolutely dismal company with no regard for customer care. Disgrace.

"No Last Rolo and We don't care"

After ordering a product which didn't arrive this company do not care and I'd say take your business elsewhere. I can publish email whereby the staff member is more concerned about being a small company instead of the fact they are taking your money for products that haven't or don't arrive. They blame Royal Mail yet they can't be bothered dealing with their delivery agents and the contract is with CW Sellers not Royal Mail. Please please do not order from this unreliable un reputable company who couldn't care about you yet they have your monies. I'm going to take court action if necessary to recover my funds and hold this company liable after advice from consumer rights for legal costs. I've reported them to Trading Standards and I'll be writing to the Cabinet Secretary for Business asking that we stop these types of businesses from treating clients as if they don't matter because they do not care. They do not realise the power of social media neither. I'd encourage this company to apologise and to help instead of burying heads in the sand and until then I wouldn't give them your business at all. Buyer Be Aware of this awful company who's customer service ya just as bad.

I have placed an order on January the 2nd for watches and still waiting for them to be dispatched. (todays is 05.02.25)
Probably C W Sellors are good in jewellery, but according to my experience, they are selling watches at attractive prices which they don't have in stock with unknown supply dates.

Ordered a £1700 watch from these the beginning of November and also a watch strap. I didn't receive the watch until late December and there was no watch strap. I have phoned and messaged constantly to be told its will be about 2 weeks. It is now February and they are now telling me it could be a further 3 weeks after they told me 2 weeks earlier that it was on the shipment and i would receive it that week. Absolutely ridiculous and when i send a message on whats app they either ignore me or reply back 3 days later saying call customer services. They were quick enough to answer me when i was buying the product though.
