I was interested in a particular watch that was not in the recent sale but a similar model was, they discounted the model I wanted & added a complementary watch winder & 12 months interest free credit as additional incentives. This involved a few days of negotiation over the Christmas & New Year period (they even phoned me on Boxing Day to ask if there was anything further they could do to accommodate me), Jack was the person who dealt with me from start to finish, he is an extremely polite & patient individual. The watch & winder arrived in perfect condition & perfectly presented. Overall, an excellent stress free purchase experience with absolutely first rate customer service. Thank you.

Was really disappointed with their service, it was like speaking to a robot. I have purchased a luxury watch for my daughter’s special birthday. I explained the strap was too small, some of the replies I got was impolite ending with the person putting the phone down. I myself was very frustrated so I suppose I was T that polite either, but this has been going on for some while. The positive side, I made the order and was thrilled to bits with how quick it came and I must say beautifully packaged. It’s just their after sales that has marred it for me and my daughter.

Having been in communication with them since the 26th January ( order date 13th January, delivery date 16th January, as I said it was quick, beautifully packaged. Having made several phone calls, an email, the response is. Unfortunately your order would fall outside of our returns period. For this reason, we're unable to accept your return. So now I’m out of pocket of £320 actually £385 as they had a promotion on at the time, it’s now returned to its original price. I’m devastated as this was a surprise 40th birthday present for our daughter whose birthday was on the 25th January. As a company you have absolutely ruined her day not only for us, but especially our daughter.

Just imagine finding this delivery of my Garmin Quatix 7 Pro , I was in the office all day waiting and watching, found this by accident, No contact with the courier, Watch winder delivery by Dpd, Perfect, Expensive Watch, Dumped and Abandoned! Sad.🥲Never Again
