Booked tickets 18.04.24 for NYE, only to find out after looking online (11.12.24) for the duration of the performance it had been cancelled, and I had NOT been informed. Being only 3 weeks before the event as you can imagine I wasn’t very impressed. After a phone call to check I booked tickets for 30th and paid more for the seats. Good job I had booked the hotel and train for the Monday or it would have been a very disappointing Christmas present. Would we have found out when we arrived at the theatre on the evening?
I checked all my mail boxes and I had not been informed and the tickets were still showing as live in the Eventim app. I would have thought if an email had been sent the tickets would have been invalidated in the app?

I am a disabled customer, and the booking process was straightforward. The support one receives at the venue is second to none.

Be aware to buy tickets from this website. Do not trust them or maybe by the ticket last minute, as when they cancel the concert they do not give you back any of the "administration fees" that will be at least 1/4 of the cost of your ticket.

"Heavy handed anti-bot measures block music fans"
When trying to buy tickets recently I've found the anti-bot / ticket tout measures have become too heavy handed, to the point of blocking legitimate customers from purchasing event tickets. I visit the site regularly, particularly if no on-sale time is give for a band I want to see and despite the website saying "on sale soon, check back regularly" I've been getting blocked by an error page stating "You do not have permission to access this site" after a couple of visits to the page. I had this today trying to buy presale tickets, which delayed my purchase, meaning I've ended up further from the stage. Even when I did finally manage to select a ticket on attempting to purchase it I got a different error screen, meaning I had to start over yet again, losing my selected seat. When the site is busy with an artist presale, repeatedly losing the tickets in your cart at checkout because of site errors is extremely frustrating. Not a great experience.

I made a mistake with my details when ordering tickets. I tried contacting Eventim in various ways without any reply 🥺. HOWEVER !!. I tried again today and got a prompt reply from DAVID who sorted everything for me.
So 3 stars for not being able to contact them but 5 stars for David

I made a mistake with my email address when booking tickets, I emailed customer services and was assisted by David. He replied to each email within minutes, and only took 15 minutes for the issue to be dealt with. He was quick and professional and I feel completely satisfied with the outcome. Thanks David.

I object to the added extras on EVERY ticket. A single charge on each transaction would seem to be more reasonable.
