Event being canceled due to bad weather. Same event wasn't rescheduled but we were supposed to use the tickets for another event we had NO INTEREST in whatsoever and NO WAY to get a refund. Payed for insurance, that didnt get us anything in the end. Waste of money. Due to insurance part, it is a scam site. Even trying to get a refund we were not able to reach the website. Big virus trap

The VIP lounger did not have enough seating for the amount of tickets sold. I was with a disabled child who cannot queue and stand for long periods so purchased this thinking it would eliminate this but unfortunately we had to stand.

Having lost my email I contacted Eventim in a panic as we are attending an event very soon and the tickets had been sent to my old email. I emailed Eventim and this was seamlessly sorted by Zane to my great relief - excellent Customer Service

There is no way to get in touch with them in person just the usual contact form on the website which is longwinded and not very responsive, and the phone number is just an answer machine. Firstly I was not fully refunded after a change of venue for a previous concert, I am guessing they kept the booking fee for the booking that they cancelled due to a change of venue. Secondly for a future concert the tickets were cancelled after having received order confirmation, order number came through, payment went through, bank debited, they cancelled my tickets and now I am waiting for a refund. I just wanted the tickets that were confirmed, and have just been told to try general sales when they open which I don’t hold much hope for. Even if I do manage to get the tickets on general sales which is a bit of a cheek really as technically I already bought them even if they had a so called problem with their system, they could have at least corrected their error by allocating me 2 tickets from general sales, instead of processing a refund. Absolutely gutted! Their website is not trustworthy, I will not go through them again unless someone contacts me and sorts out the two ongoing issues.
