The kids ruin the experience almost to the point where you would be better off not going at all.
If you can snap your pictures fast, do it but if you want to retake them just know you’ll have another family in your space before you can even leave the exhibit.

It was a bad experience. I bought 4 tickets with different card and email address and 2 tickets from another . Means total 6 tickets. But when i reached to the under water sea counter, they said the 2 tickets I received are the same ones I received earlier 4 tickets. I was there for 30 minutes standing and explaining that i bought 6 tickets but they said you have 4 tickets, other two have the same code as from 4 tickets. I called your team , sent email. Still no reply on that. I bought again 2 tickets there as i had guests with me. So for 6 people i bought 8 tickets from this website.
Really a bad experience.

I had so much troubile with Saraya Water Park and the reservation like I had never reserved, they had to call Dubai every time I go there to check about the reservation made.

This was amazing it really saved me a lot of cash.the normal entry to Dubai mall aquarium was 272 per person and I got entry for my whole family on 268.
I would really recommend this to each and every one.it will give you more than you can ask for.
