It was ok but I had to queue anyway to redeem the real ticket, so pre-purchasing from this broker didn’t save any time in line. With the hindsight I would have purchased the real tickets online directly from the vendor and not from a broker

The Ain Dubai was closed on our arrival to the venue at 4 pm on 13/3.to use our three tickets but the tickets could consequently not be used. The Ain Dubai will open again in beginning of May after extensive enhancement and repairs. It was without my knowledge already closed at the time you sold the tickets to me which I regard extremely dishonest from your side. I have claimed refund of AED 480 which I paid you without any response. I request you to refund AED take immediately and respond to my Emails which I sent you already on 13/3 without any response so far. I am leaving Dubai this week and returning after six month to stay for the winter and will buy new tickets in November. If I get my refund now.
