DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Dreadful customer service. If you order from them and require a refund, don't expect any money back. They won't answer the phone or answer any of the emails I've sent. Royal Mail confirmed the item had been signed for at the address and have proof of signature.

"Beautiful bike..."
Very happy with the look and feel of my bike, arrived today and after I got home I instantly put together the remaining 10% of the bike and headed off for a spin. First time I've had a road bike and the ride was amazing! Bike is very light and easy to pick pace up on. Upon ordering a few days after I noticed the order acknowledgement I received wasn't the same colour I had chosen, or at least I thought I had chosen. Mango bikes are not the best at answering their E Mails but managed to pick up the phone on both occasions I called. They didn't have the colour I was after in stock, however went out of there way to offer me a free upgrade to me to a chrome level 2 bike. Overall very happy with the experience and I look forward to start riding!

Hideous experience. Avoid at all costs. I can't vouch for the quality of the bike as you will see, but the customer service and overall experience is just ridiculous.
I ordered a bike on 31st January 2023. The site makes some claim that 2-3 weeks is rough estimate of build queue. 10 days (10th Feb) I received notification by e-mail that the estimated despatch with be 16th February.
Today, 21st February, I check the my account and it still said the order was being worked on. I contact, via chatbot, with customer services. Turns out they apparently made some mistakes in the painting process...so a new frame has been queued for painting.
Absolutely zero information about this either on their website or by e-mail. i had to contact them to find out.
The chatbot/operator agreed they hadn't communicated very well and were willing to 'upgrade' wheels (100 GBP value). However it was still not clear what delivery time was. I am 3 weeks in and no sign of the bike.
I decided that i would got to local bike shop and buy a bike so I asked to cancel and get a refund.
Here is the fun. I get informed that I would only get a partial refund as there is a 'restock fee' of 30 GBP. So the company is willing to splash out on upgrades, but charge me 30 GBP for them to not deliver anything? Moreover if I continued with the order, but then send it back immediately there will only be 30 GBP restock fee.....obviously I would have to pay to ship the bike back, however the whole set up is far from customer centric.
I can't recommend this experience nor company to anybody, shocking lack of empathy for the specific situation, just a 'follow the rules and policy' mentality. Of course with a 'oh we're a really small company, trying our hardest'. Absolutely rubbish customer experience.

Silly me for not mentioning I get to fund the paypal fee too. So a nice 44.25 GBP for not receiving a bike! Thank you for not supplying me a bike for ONLY 44.25 GBP.....insult to injury.
Update 2: Chatbot/Person tried to convince me to reinstate the order. The free upgrades and a further discount. I was asked what would be me happy….full refund. Alas this was not on the cards. No regard for what I wanted as a customer just a figurative middle finger to someone not willing to say how great the bikes are and yippee what fun I have riding them. It appears to beyond their abilities to grant the wishes to customers when they themselves have made a mistake.
However I was informed 99% of customers are happy. So 1 in 100 are not. Sounds pretty poor. And according to the stats here almost half give a 1 star. Go figure.
No more response from chatbot/person as obviously I’m not a Believer in the Mango Bikes phenomenon.
I am kicking myself for funding this bunch.

Absolutely garbage, AVOID. I run a bike workshop in London and needed some parts. Totally ignored on all channels - email, phone, web chat. I can't get a refund. Terrible service.

Ok. Got my fabulous new pink e bike from this company and could not be happier.
Absolutely delighted with it.
They are custom built and therefore need time to get the parts.
So give yourself time from ordering to delivery.
Definitely worth the wait.
Very unusual colours, style, mix and match.
I opted to collect my new bicycle as I wanted it put together with the experts.
Even though there was free delivery included with the purchase.
I was mainly dealing with Andrew who was just amazing ( a man of his word )
He also threw in a few freebies with my bike which I very much appreciated
So thank you Andrew and team…….

Frame, colour, saddle, lights, wheels, gears, mudguards and battery just terrific.
Now I can’t say I am an expert cyclist but this beauty is exactly what it should be and that’s more than enough for me.

Had an issue with my bike, emailed customer service, got a reply asking for more info, and then got totally ignored. The bike itself is okay, now that I got it fixed out of my own pocket whilst within warranty. Lack of communication is very very disappointing. Chaser emails were also not replied to.

"Mango Point R - no rear eyelets - awaiting solution"
I bought a Mango Point R and I am very pleased with it. Just one issue and that is there are no eyelets at the rear with which to attach mudguards and a rack (as was advertised online and in reviews) I chatted today (a Bank Holiday) with Andrew and he was very helpful. I am hoping to receive a solution so I can upgrade my review to a 4 or 5 star!
Very quick response from the CEO and a solution has been offered! I am looking forward to receiving the items!
I have had responses to my questions and they very kindly are sending me the parts free of charge. Very good service! I like it!
Everything received as promised plus a small gift - nice touch!
