"The driver can not read"

The driver can not read, it clearly says parking for residents only, and he is parking here and doing his work or what ever in another place. Oh dear.

"Excellent service."

Phoned Saltire last evening regarding a small drip from boiler. The engineer called this morning to let me know he'd be at mine in about 20 minutes...which he was. Very pleasant young man and had the problem rectified quickly. Thank you Connor, an asset to your team !!!

"Stinking attitude Problem"

Stinking attitude Problem, rattled ma door at half 9 lit a polis. Started hitting us way anyway patter then marched away in a Huff.
Next time send wan ae the boys roon.
Seems lit working fur saltires just a way ae cheat on your burd n they hate when they have to go ae a single guys door.

"COWBOYS AVOID"

COWBOYS AVOID
No option to leave no stars so had to give one. Read the previous 1 star reviews, I had the same problem. Claimed to have shown up for an appointment and no one was home. They take a photo of your door to cover themselves but it's a lie. They didn't try to gain access just took the photo and left. Do not waste your time with this company. No wonder their overall rating is so low. If 54% of people leave a 1 star review for a company it says a lot.

"Scammers"

What a Legal way to scam customers, paid for 5 years £16.99 PM to be told your boiler is uneconomical so pay us £2500 for new boiler (£1000 more than normal) and thats with massive discount of £250 from them. Something has to be done about these scammers as ok to take my money but turn to pay than its too much wow. Customer service zero, went with them thinking Scottish company will be better but found out hard way that they are only to look after their pocket after Robbing customers. Take my advice and stay away from them.

"Very impressed"

Moved from BG to Saltire over a year ago after getting messed around with their couldn’t care less attitude and having to wait 5 days to get a minor issue (frozen condensing pipe) resolved that left us without heating and hot water during a really cold spell. Ended up googling and resolving the issue myself but that was enough to end my relationship with BG. Decided to move our business to a local company.

Recently, one of our bathroom Radiators started leaking and I called Saltire. In fairness, they attended within 4 hrs - impressive compared to BG. However, I then had a conversation with the engineer about “designer radiators” and that it would be classed as a chargeable repair. Matter was referred to a manager. I then received a call from John Higgins (manager) and he sprung into action. Sent one of his best engineers and the problem was identified / repaired without any further fuss. Very impressed with John and his “customer comes first” attitude. Well done.

"Absolute shambles service boiler for my…"

Absolute shambles service boiler for my council house 1st visit no show 2nd visit missed them my fault 3rd visit phoned up to rearrange the service all good but unfortunately they did come on the day that was changed and I was not in so they decided that they would cap my gas off so my boiler couldn’t work left me and the kids with no heating or hot water in January in minus 3 weather and tell me it would be 36 hours at least for a engineer now all of a sudden a 3 year old boiler last serviced a year ago is now a big danger but if they were to come on the date agreed it would be fine and there customer service is shocking didn’t care my fault for 3 missed calls even tho 2 were your own fault stay away not reliable

"Charged for no work"

Really disappointed to have been charged £99 for absolutely no service whatsoever. Called out for a boiler breakdown. When the engineer saw our boiler he told us “we don’t know how to fix this type of boiler.” He then phoned a colleague who was unable to offer any advice either. Seems unfair to charge us for nothing! I would advise anyone using this company to check that they know about your boiler maker before booking them in.
