I put in y exact dates for my flight and noticed the return date was a month ahead of what i had entered. I assumed I had made an error and re entered the date i wanted. booked the flights then noticed the month ahead date had been booked. I know i double checked. I called Fly sharp and they charged me £180 to change it. I had no choice. There was the exact date and time of the flight that i wanted so why did this not appear when I booked? I feel this is a bit of a con. if the flight i needed was available why did it give me a date of a month ahead? something very fishy about this. The customer rep was very pleasant though and made a note of my comments. I've a feeling i'm not the only one to experience this. Shame because i am a frequent flyer and would have used them again.

I strongly advise against using this company—they are completely unprofessional. When I booked my flight, I mistakenly entered a shortened version of my first name. Before my departure, I noticed the error and, thinking it might cause issues, I contacted them to correct it. However, they refused to make the change and insisted I would need to book a new flight. I then requested to cancel the booking and get a refund of over £600, but they declined. To make matters worse, the staff were rude, dismissive, and condescending throughout the process. Eventually, they offered a partial refund of £100, stating it would take 5 weeks to process.
It’s now well beyond that time, and I have still not received the money. When I followed up today, the representative claimed it had been processed and I would receive it in another 7 days. When I pointed out that it was supposed to be resolved weeks ago, he simply repeated the same response. It appears they only processed the refund after I chased them, likely hoping I wouldn’t follow up.
This company is utterly unreliable. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them.
