Just a terrible company or just plain cheats. I am not sure what to make of it, but I made the mistake of buying Qatar Airways tickets from these a**holes, realized I had made a mistake, cancelled within an hour and re-booked the correct flight. Even a year later I they did not refund the money. They kept saying they would, but they did not. I had filed a dispute with my credit card company, which eventually wrote off that money and paid it to me. Still nothing from these pieces of s****.

Run!!!!! Do not buy airline tickets in here!!! Customer support will never answer your calls. Been sending emails for a month. Zero respond back. Is the most legit scam right now in market I guess

DO NOT USE VAYAMA. My flight to Ukraine was cancelled because the Ukrainian government closed their borders again. Vayama has repeatedly told me my airlines (Turkish) has no refund policy for cancellations and other times tell me I am eligible for a partial refund. Every email I receive is from a different person and they never address the fact I didnt cancel my flight, I'm legally not permitted to go to my destination. Absolutely horrible customer service and Kayak.com should no longer show them in flight results.

the air line company canceled my flights and I should get all my money in full refund. but they deduct $100 Dolores for their own reasons.
I will never use their service any more or Kayak they are the same.

"They've Ghosted everyone"
When Covid hit I made sure to take some extra precautions such as buying insurance through Vayama. Once I realized I would not be able to make my flight, I went to change my ticket only to discover they had removed the option from my portal. They also turned off their phones deleted their social media. The only way to contact them is via email and they pick and choose who they will answer. I've never experienced anything like this before.

16/6/2020 I booked a flight costing me USD787.85.
16/6/2020 Without my knowledge they apparently refunded USD687.85 to my card (Same day! Odd! Suspicious!) (according to my bank showing after middle of August on actual statement.)
27/6/2020 They emailed me to say flight cancelled and refund will be made when airline provides it.
27/7/2020 They said they are still waiting to be refunded by airline.
4/8/2020 They said refund was being made by them back to my card. Will take 10 working days.
6/8/2020 My credit card finally received the money back from them but only 78%. So they made me USD183.60 worse off due to currency change because they were charging USD100 cancellation fee which had nothing to do with me.

Vayama is a terrible company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's nearly impossible to receive a response from the company regarding refunds. Our flights were cancelled by the airline due to covid. According to the airline we were entitled to the entire purchase amount to be refunded to us. Vayama was uncooperative and unable to give any sort of timeline on our refund. I contacted BBB and was able to finally receive a partial refund. Vayama refused to refund the entire amount even though they were refunded in full by the airline. DO NOT use this company.
